Whoa so easy to make. How do you know if the tripe are parboiled? Our tripe don't look as nice as yours but I'll see what's available. Excellent recipe 🤤👍

Uhm it might say on the package if its parboiled. I always buy it from the same store so I know mine is parboiled 😂
