I am so grateful for Michael’s teachings! I have experienced how truly transformational this knowledge is. Thank you for all you share with us. Blessings 🙏❤️
I really enjoy your simplicity, minimalistic but yet profound deep to human understanding to approach the mind, soul, body and unknown but yet known 🙏. I love the way you have helped me tap to the conversation I have with my inner self and emotions with situations that I am being exposed to.
“Seats of Contemplation” A picture is worth a thousand words 🙏 Your picture with the seat ‘out-of-the-picture’ ( Much like you!) invisibly points at what’s beyond physical, mental, & emotional perception 🙏 So fitting 🤗 Thank you❣️
Sometimes I struggle to understand how boundaries comes into play in speeches like this. The idea of relaxing through the discomfort caused by the external world (especially) a person makes sense but when do you use boundaries and « teach » others how to treat you to avoid abuse/mistreatment or enmeshement
Your comment did not have a question mark but contains an open question. Q: When do you set a boundary? my A: As readily as you can, preparing for the likelihood that some may try to make you budge. Be prepared to continue to assert your preferences, needs, wants, and also to walk away. That advice of how to negotiate to purchase anything cones to mind: be prepared to walk away. Detach with love (Agape and Philautia) and release them.
I love Michael Singer
