10:00 Why do I care?

"What does the mean?" has become my mantra. The weird part is I have been playing with that phrase for several years because of the TV show Impractical Jokers. Lol. Mickey turned it into something completely different for me, and it is life changing.

My god i needed this- i wasnt aware of my ego that is why i was suffering. It the ego that wants and expects .. and I my deep consciousness my buddhahood doesn’t need this.

Once I get distracted and lose my consciousness I pause the video immediately. I regain my presence and turn back on video. I don't want to miss an ounce of what Michael is saying.😊

The depression that I suffer from is always with me and I wish it would go away because it’s from losing the treasures that I had on earth and although I don’t think there’s inherently anything wrong with having investments and properties and money, my happiness must have come from Having those things because when I lost them, I became depressed and my and drug addiction and regret came into my life. how do I put them in my past and move forward? I keep going back to 2016 and asking myself why I did a particular move that was a domino effect in bringing everything down. I thought I’d moved beyond that but the second bout of depression in 2024 prove that those thoughts are still inside of me. They are also tempting me to use drugs again to get some kind of relief.

OMG! This made me realize that even IF I would have stayed in Chicago, where I kept having success and the fun life,I wouldn’t have lost it all and would have just kept living for pleasure and never become someone seeking God and the Truth. It still hurts and now how do I put the past to bed already??? My present is in an environment that is BORING and depressing in comparison to Chicago and that lifestyle. Being overwhelmed with depression, I even resorted to drug abuse

I don't think my friend has any bad intentions by needing to talk a lot about himself, he does it with everyone. But for me, seeing him on regular basis drains my brain when spending time together.
