I did truck frame on my 92 1500 z71 it took me 6 hours to clean. and rear axle and leaf spring and crossmember below above and behind it)( on the frame and paint it with ROLL BAR AND CHASSIS PAINT.by VHT and looks good

Por15 has a rattle can . Try switching over. You might have issues with the rubber stuff later
Undercoating isn't supposed to be used by itself. You need paint on the frame, then you undercoat on top of it to protect the paint.
