What version of the mod you were using for dying light 2, hogwarts and cyberpunk? i used 0.7.5 version and the ghosting is fixed but it feels laggy even though the fps is high ( dlss and fg is on).. however when i switch to 0.7.4 or previous version the games ran smooth but the ui were ghosting...
it should help,i have an rx580 i3 9100f and i am cpu bottleneck in cyberpunk and can't get stable 60 fps,with fram gen i can get above 75 so i have it locked to 72fps with freesync and it never drop,way better than my normal 40 ish fps

it works only on the last version of cyberpunk i have 2.01 it didn't work the mod made the fps capped to 30 and hud flickering

That means that a game at native resolution and 30fps is needed to have 60 fps with the FSR3

mod only work on 16xx cards and above. unfortunately, frame generation is not supported at all on your 1070 ti.
