Building Tips:
1. Use the cheat console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C
Input Cheat Codes:
bb.moveobjects
bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects Once you have activated this cheat enter DEBUG in the search bar to bring up the objects. Objects exist in build & buy mode.
2.To avoid a grid when placing objects, all you have to do is select an object and press the ”ALT” keyboard button. While holding that button, you can move around your selected object anywhere, as long as it doesn't touch another object or a wall. You can also rotate objects for 360°
3.Press the Right Square Bracket Key [ to size up an object and the Left Square Bracket Key ] to size down an object.
4.The object will move up incrementally, so keep hitting 9 until it is at the height you desire. To lower the object, press 0. If you have your game set to “Sims3” camera controls, you need to hit CTRL+9 and CTRL+0 at the same time.

This is so breathtakingly beautiful, calm, inviting. I want this to exist and I want to move in like yesterday. You’re incredible.

To be fair a lot of luxury tropical resorts are like this considering her inspiration. Minus the mermaids of course 😅
this kind of architecture do exist in the real world
as the creator mention in the title, this build is inspired by Balinese architecture, which is a type or architecture mainly made of bamoo and wood and other natural and local ressources, which also have the advantage of natural cooling, because of air flow, which make sense considering the aera of Bali, which is a tropical island (therefore hot and wet).
but tbf, to have this kind of housing, as other said, it's more like luxury balinese architecture, like villas or luxury vacation hotels, restaurants or clubs.
so you could potentially sleep in a bedroom that would have this vibe, but it would be very expensive
there is also the possibility of decorating your house in this style, which would probably be far more affordable if you have the motivation for DIY and can afford the materials and tools (banboo is pretty cheap, but you would need some woodworking skills)
but tbf i doubt you could do much more than interior decor (which is already significant in terms of vibe), if you don't live yourself in a tropical climate, as i don't think this type of architecture is fit for other climate, it would probably be too hot for hot/arid aera, and not enough isolate for cold/temperate aera, as it's clearly designed precisely for tropical climate.
With the way you build and decorate I always feel like we're not playing the same game 😂 absolutely stunning as always!!

This has such a nice flow and such a unique shape - and your layout and breathtaking landscaping just seem to elevate the already stunning beauty of Sulani. You chose the perfect lot and the perfect theme. This really does feel otherworldly, like a true paradise and the magical home of a mermaid. (How fitting, just in time for the Expanded Mermaid mod!) Up to this point, I was never actually tempted to play with mermaids, but now ... Girl, did you change my mind!
The bed with the waterfall-like canopy is the true centrepiece of this whole creation. A place of elegance and magic. I am utterly in awe. 😍

What the heck is this MAGNIFICENCE!!! I've never seen paradise in Sulani ever look like this. That bed in the center of the room is so magical. I love this build and the next time I play a family in Sulani I will placing this lot there. Love it!

I can see someone using this build in a mermaid Amazon challenge or at least taking inspiration from it the huts are amazing and having the pool grotto were they can swim all of it is so stunning I loved the bedroom I can see the queen sleeping there plus the kitchen/living space is so perfect literally the best ❤

But I must say, if your usual builds are already 10/10, your Sulani lots are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Just, quite literally *the* undisputed best Sulani builder of all time. Hoping for more Sulani builds in the future (even though it's an old world). There's really just no one else who does it better than you. 💙
And if I may add, I've been following you and several others for almost three years, but to this date, you really are the best there is. Always so ahead of your time. Always so inventive and top-notch. Every single one of your build is special, like each of them has their own "soul" that sets them apart from all other builds. It's one thing to create a build that's functional and aesthetically pleasing, but it's another thing to make it feel so real and so vivid and so homey and so alive - and you do this so consistently.
