    Hey there Juan, this will definitely be a great device for me. I do have issues with hearing louder than others. Thanks for sharing the information. Great review my friend 👍

    Wondering would something like this be useful for people trying to share a room with separate video conferencing?

    • @SomeGadgetGuy
      @SomeGadgetGuy  3 года назад +3

      Probably not? It's a low latency audio broadcast. I don't think it'll send any audio back. It would only work for listeners who aren't speaking?

      @@SomeGadgetGuy Thanks for your reply Juan, It doesn't seem possible. I've been trying to pair it and it's not working out. My windows 10 has no Bluetooth adaptor. There's a way to install it but it's not worth the effort. I believe that this option would be a more practicable solution...

    I just purchased a pair of Soundcore Q20s the other day, and I’m really enjoying them. However, I use them primarily for watching Tv and they won’t automatically reconnect to the Bluetooth transmitter (MEE Audio Connect) I have connected to my Tv (I need to press the A button every time). My old pair of Letscom headphones did not have this issue. I could just put them on, turn them on and start watching Tv. With my Q20s I have to walk over by the Tv, turn on my headphones and then repair them with my Bluetooth transmitter every time. My Q20s automatically reconnect to my iPhone, so I’m thinking this may be an issue with my MEE. Is there anything I can do to get them to automatically pair, or am I out of luck? Thanks!

      @SomeGadgetGuy  11 месяцев назад +1

      Ooof. That I don't know. I've used 1More and Mee earbuds with the Connect, and they auto paired fine. I haven't tried any soundcore to see if there would be an issue with those.

    Juan do you recommend hooking this up via optical vs RCA cables?

    • @SomeGadgetGuy
      @SomeGadgetGuy  2 года назад +1

      I generally prefer that personally, but of course mileage may vary. Like some RCA cables are probably gonna be cheap and easy to find. If you already have that, give it a spin before buying an optical cable.

    • @jrod8574
      @jrod8574 2 года назад

      @@SomeGadgetGuy I just recieved my connect device. The same one you're showing in your video. It comes with an optical cable, RCA split to 3.5mm audio jack and a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio jack cable. I was just gonna use the optical cable. I have the vizio soundbar hooked up also to the tv but its set to eco mode and turns off when it doesn't detect sound for 10 minutes. Hoping I can use the connect and not worry about the soundbar messing with the connect audio once it shuts down.

      This is pretty solid over optical. I wouldn't claim audiophile grade receiver, and it also matters which headphones you pair, but I was pleasantly whelmed.

    How can I turn the volume up and down if it’s connected to AirPods?

    • @garyfairbrother5532
      @garyfairbrother5532 2 года назад

      I heard something about that somewhere that’s aid you should set the desired volume level on your TV WITH THE TV REMOTE, not the cable one, before pairing the ear pieces. You cannot adjust the volume from there for your ear piece but you can still adjust the tv speaker volume for others (or mute the tv speakers or adjust to below 1 for room silence. I paired my air pods to it but had some issues with one ear piece out of sync with the other after several different time intervals.
