S-E - soldering element. It means that the heater is dead. Probably you haven't properly installed the tip to cover the element completely and because of uneven heat transfer it cracked inside.

Useless thing broke after one use, not recommended. The thermostat burnt out. Temperature reading is stuck at above 430c even when calibrated at room temperature. Soldering tip snapped when changing bit. Seriously did you guys even QCed this thing....
