BONITO WITH TOMATO - Lareiras.gal

Very easy recipe of bonito with tomato. The texture of the sauce depends on how finely the tomatoes are chopped. I like a little thick but everyone can do it to taste.
Ingredients
400 g bonito in slices
1 onion medium
2 garlic cloves
800 g tomato chopped
1 splash white wine
olive oil
salt
