SQUID IN INK - Lareiras.gal

A very simple recipe of squid in its ink. The sauce is very simple because it only has garlic, onion and, finally, a bit of chopped parsley. They can be accompanied by a white rice.
Ingredients:
1200 g squids cleaned and chopped
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 glass white wine
1 tbsp flour
olive oil
perejil picado
salt
100 g rice white
1 bag tinta de sepia concentrada
