    Solid Video. I actually agree with not altering the image too much and just make mini adjustments. Natural is always better

    I love your style! You don’t drastically change the colouring, but tweak it to enhance the natural beauty to perfection.

    great format and presentation. I like the circle over the navigator menu, it makes it really easy to watch what you're doing in lightroom but also gives the video a more personal feel. like being in a video meeting. great content too. subscribed

      @ appreciate the response. Would you recommend an iPad over a MacBook as a primary device? Will mainly be shooting portraits for social media and small prints. Too bad I can only afford one device for now 😅

    and then there is me with -91 Contrast and doing all the work with the 4 sliders and tone curve lol i believe a shot should be captured well (exposed) in-camera, but post-processing can give your images a new artistic touch - like creating your own "film" profile by adding grain, or warmth/tint etc.

    @watzac when you save your settings for what you’ve done to the photo as a preset, can you save the masking as well? Or should I do all the masking after you apply your settings to each photo? Like if I wanted to batch edit (if that is a thing) should I save the masking for after I run the preset I made for similar photos?I hope that makes sense. I’ve never used Lightroom before,😬 I’ll go and check out the rest of your videos to see if you’ve made a video addressing this before. But wanted to ask. Thanks! I am enjoying the Lightroom videos a lot!! I like that they are it too long winded but addressing most of my questions.

    Hey Zac, do you always edit on the Macbook? Is it a good choice for editting inthe long run or should I invest in an iMac? Love the vids

    Welcome. This photo is easier to edit. I would really like to see a photo that is difficult to edit, for example a photo in the forest, where the green and yellow light hits the subject's face. And the face and ends of the model are the colors of the forest. Unfortunately, on RUclips you can only find simple pictures to edit, no one edits something difficult, let's learn how to manage to edit a portrait in nature, etc.

      A good photo makes a amazing edit
      A bad photo makes a bad edit
      And ok photo makes a slightly better edit
      What I’m trying to say is learn to take photos well and you will do great

    • @Watzac
      @Watzac  10 месяцев назад +5

      I couldn’t have said it better myself! I wasn’t trying to show off a bad photo here, I’m not sure why you assumed that was the standard?

      Trying to save bad photos with crazy editing is not a good habit to form or teach.

    Why you are editing a photo which is already amazing. We don't have good camera or places to capture this kinda photo. Please use photos which are moderate so we can relate with that.
