Perhaps so, but so far I've read, you only need 15 minute of unprotected sun to cover that D vitamin, not to mention most milks actually carry vitamin D beside the calcium.

Preferably speaking if you want to avoid the sun move to Europe. If you live in America especially in the south part it is pretty much impossible to avoid the damage from the sun unless you live somewhere that allows you to move in shade 24/7 or has night life. But then you’ll feel like a vampire because that’s so unnatural

I can't understand why these tanning beds were pushed on minors in the early 2000s, and why sunscreen products as well as self-tan products were so poorly made back then. Even Paris Hilton got razzed on in the press for her orange spray tan, which cost hundreds of dollars. You got made fun of for being pale back in the day, then in 2010 there was a tax and a consent form you needed to sign to use a tanning bed. It's much like cigarettes. I still think the harm of the sun is exaggerated because now there are a ton of products with spf protection that need selling. Way to spread propaganda to scare people.

Im convinced the sun really is the main factor of skin aging. Im only 21 but I've noticed how the the parts of my body that are usually covered like the stomac, chest, upper arms and thighs have more radiant and healthy looking skin while the rest like my feet, hands, neck, face, legs and lower arms have darker, duller and leathery looking skin. The difference is very visible and apparent. I also live in a high UV index country so if I had started wearing sunscreen earlier, I would have retained my younger looking skin. Sun damage is real. I stand by it

@@arrietty1619use Kojic acid soap and red light therapy to reverse the signs of sun damage. Sun damage is reversible with the right treatment. I’ve had sun damage many times in my life due to me being homeless off and on but I’ve been able to heal it.

The Vitamin D in milk is not natural, it's added artificially. In fact very few foods contain natural Vitamin D, and if they do, it's usually in very small quantities. Milk only has 600IU per glass, sometimes less. It's recommended you get between 2000 - 10000 IU of Vitamin D daily, that equates to 3 1/2 - 17 glasses of milk a day, as oppose to 30 mins of full body exposure to UV to get 10000 IU NATURALLY. Your body wasn't made to ingest Vit D, it was made to convert UV to Vit D.
