I have a Navi now, it’s my first bike. Had it since June and now I really want one of these ADV160’s. I feel like this is the perfect bike, plus it look so good. I have a question if you don’t mind since you’ve had a Navi and now this. Do you notice much of a difference from 110cc to 160cc?
@@706Rocks yes! Top end is much higher. It will do 65mph all day and tiop at 70 mph. Navi barely would do 50. I would feel like an obstacle at times on the Navi in traffic while this can keep up just fine. Also a lot more protection on this one and more Storage. No more Carburator as well, somethng that truly bothered me on the Navi.
@@MotoMischiefs Awesome. Yeah I ride year round and the carb does suck on cold mornings. Also the MPG on the Navi isn’t the best and with a 0.9 gallon tank I have to fill it up every day. I love my Navi but an ADV is definitely in my future. I’m not a speed demon and probably wouldn’t go past 45-50mph anyway. My commute is mostly through a downtown area and some back roads. I appreciate the video and the reply. -David
@@706Rocks your welcome, on a side note , I did make a video about the fuel economy of the Navi, pointing out what you said, and got a bit flak for it, nice to see it validated ... lol You will enjoy the ADV for sure, it is a much more complete bike. Cheers & Happy Holidays
*So you got the CBS Version. Noticed it on your handlebars and the rear drum brakes. Even then, CBS or ABS Version, the Honda ADV 160 is an awesome scooter for the price.*
Yes, Sir, it is fantastic for what it is and the little tiny bump in displacement is just what the Doctor ordered. I wish Honda would bring the Europe-only Big Boy over here, it would be an instant buy for me!
Yeah but you guys have the ADV X that I would kill for. All jokes aside, where the 160 shines is how light and nimble it feels while still being able to keep up with Highway traffic.
You can buy 3 of these for price of Africa twin and you and your family tour the country or you and 2 your friends, or buy Africa twin and get across the country few hours earlier
Two things I don’t like about the ADV 160: 1) The Matte color. It looks like an unfinished paint job. 2) The handlebars. I wish it was curved and not straight. That has to be annoying on turns.
I never noticed that on the handle bars. I will say that the mirrors are too close in stock form but I installed little extenders that fixed that issue.
real good commuter and errand bike, that big luggage space makes live much easier
Something about this scoot, just had to have it ... =)
I just got one last week as an upgrade from a Navi. It has been great so far. It handles so well, and the ride quality is great.
I had the Navi previous as well! Great bike but you can tell too much that it was build to a price point. Grats on the ADV, such an amazing Scoot!

This is great for urban travels .. And may be rural dirt roads as long you go slow to save breaking parts quicker.

@@MotoMischiefs The X-ADV I think is already being sold in Europe.
@@Genkuro yeah its in Europe, but I would like to get it here in the Staates ... ;)
Sexy scoot. It's really popular here in Thailand. And also comes in higher displacement varients
I am still hoping Honda brings the ADV X over to the US, but not holding my breath…
I can confirm that very popular and reliable in south east Asia, ride save!
@@eddybluesteel9058 nice!!
The 2024 adv 160 is still using a rear drum brake? The 2022 version of adv 160 in South East Asia is using Hydraulic disk (non abs) rear brakes.
Yes, still the Drum but it feels okay, no complaints so far.
@@michaelbigelow3255 lol, more like Honda thinks they can cheap out on us ...
Some people always have something to complain about buy a Chinese bike they have everything and much cheaper 😊
1:09 I don't see a rear brake oil reservoir !
Adv 160 is a nice bike. But I love 2023 Piaggio BV 400 S. Can do doordash and go out on highway to camping with BV 400.
No doubt the extra cc’s come in very handy!
How can I get it I want to buy it
The bike itself? Any Honda dealer should have them.
Beautiful and amazing ❤ Honda ADV 160 in pakistan? Available? 🇵🇰💓
Not sure if its available over there but yes this is a hime run from Honda, great scoot that can almost do it all!
@@MotoMischiefs i love Indonesia 🇮🇩🇵🇰💓cantik Indonesia 🇵🇰💓🇮🇩
How much insurance cost adv160
Next to nothing for Liability, like 40 bucks a year.
very nice bike
Indeed!
Nice
How old to drive it in michigan
You will need a motorcycle license, I think 16 is the minimum age.
Its 15 im gonna get the drivers license first@ThatGermanFella
It's a real shame that we don't have it in Europe. Here we have the ADV 350 which is much bigger and almost 2x more expensive.

And here I am in the states wishing Honda would bring us the adv350 cuz I don’t want an adv160.

Decisions, decisions … ; )
Time for a track day? 😂
haha, I think the Moto2 or Trident has that covered... =), If I ever get a darn weekend off, lately have been working every single one!
VOGLIAMO LO SCOOTER HONDA ADV 160 IN ITALIA SUBITO !!!!!
Mi piacerebbe avere il fratello maggiore X qui negli Stati Uniti, ragazzi, ce l'avete!

That is solvable: 1) Choose the silver/grey color 2) Buy the handlebars of your liking
That color is badass
