Hey Gary, thanks for the roast! The fork on my GT is bend on purpose to shy away thiefs. Pretty effective so far but came with extra cost for a hammer. The frame also is perfectly my size but I wanted to show the full Thomson logo so it's sticking out a little too far but I don't care. The rest is pretty much on point except for the Hope spacers. They are fake, I hand painted the logo on because they were too expensive otherwise. Keep on!
stridslands Barnacle isn't it? That's just how it looks
hahahahhaha classic!! thanks for sending in Moritz 😂
I wonder: is the front wheel a bigger size than the rear? Or just a perspective and crop illusion? Thanks
@jmsaltzman It is. 27,5 in the front, and 26 in the back. Just because I didn't find a matching Velocity Blunt SL for the rear 🤷♂️
@@moritzgrebe7894 mullets are cool. I got a couple with 27.5/29
Shoutout to Eleanor's Diamond Back Topanga. Lovely looking bike.
Really liked the Raleigh Technium and the Diamond Back Apex.
Again, some lovely old bikes being put to good use.
Ya some nice setups in there this time for sure. Eleanor’s def look like a solid commuter bike !
I asked to get roasted but I got ROASTED!!! Thanks for the feedback Gary, I have removed all reflectors from my bike and swapped my quick releases around (thanks for that fr, had no idea) 🤝
Hahaha cheers mate , glad to hear it 😂 thanks for sending in 💕🙏
In a nice street and took a photo of the trash 🤣😂. Eleanor's Diamond Back for me. Nice little commuter.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 ya Eleanor's a very nice commuter for sure!
29:40 made me laugh way harder than it should have
🤣🤣🤣 ultimate burn
35:26 Hey William, whered you get the Japanese "beginner driver" reflector hanging from your seat?
"Zombie vibes" had me laughing out loud.
be ready for the apocalypse 🤣
2:48 identical to a Mongoose Alta 1990. Except yeah that U Brake.. we all know the year
4:12 that's a power limiter. There's a spring in those.
The rack is securing the fenders mostly.
7:00 I lock my U from my seat rails if I have no alternative but I have a seat bag securing it.
28:21 Cheers Mate thx for the shout
30:27 cheers again. DRINK!!
That last Specialized with the Pink was especially tasty.
cheers mate !! haha yeah the specialized was cool for sure !
love Michaels funny little bike, thanks Gary, great stuff
haha yes! such a cool bike, would be fun to mod it up
Thanks for the review of my 91 Apex. I've learned loads from your channel!
Cheers Dylan thanks for sending in!!
This is great, lots of lulz! Good tips to be gleaned from your comments. Serious question: why flag no bottles in bottle carriers? I don't leave mine on the bike when I'm at home, which is where I'll take a shot of my bike(s) for your next review/roast installment. Thanks for the channel :)
Haha thank you mate ! No real reason for the bottle, just a petty roast. Most of the stuff I just decide on the spot so don’t take it too seriously. Cheers!
I'm stoked on these bike roasts
@@rossbodenmann cheers mate likewise 🙌
Hi Gary thanks for the roast and I actually didn’t buy a new drivetrain or wheels that is what I found them with but they were very dirty.
Kweli
Oh nice ! Thanks for sending in 👍
How can you tell the frame is too small for the guy just by looking at it? Genuinely curious! Cheers
It was a roast so being particular, but usually just the riding position/ seat height / bar height / geo
Gary, how do you recommend we send our pictures of our bikes thru email. I can’t seem to get my iPhone photos to maintain their quality once sent thru in an email.
Usually when I send email images on iPhone it allows me to choose small/medium/large before I send , just choose large. Maybe tr try adding them in as attachments vs in the email
Heel Gary is best Gary
Lolllll
No rear brake on the first bike either.
@@ridethroughlifertl that’s true , barely a front brake either
Mmmm that wall 😍
@@Skatted 🤣🤣🤣 cookies & cream cake
epic
@@CryptJeeper ✌️✌️✌️
Gears are for cars. Suspension is for victorian carriages. Disc brakes are for motorcycles. Be unique stop copying other vehicles.
Be original , ride a unicycle
I like the Sears ToteCycle from Micheal very much…the 20incher are pretty fitting my size and are fun to ride😃colourwise Jakes Hog‘s Back is matching pretty good😎Cheers mate🙂
Yes s !! Very cool bike indeed. Cheers mate !
