For freestyle specifically, there's "Max smoothness at high velocity" where you can fine tune the stabilization dynamics exactly for your liking. This slider will limit stabilization on sharp movements (flippy flops) but will make the slower parts more smooth and it will combine these two behaviors for you

i got another question: i remember exporting videos some months ago at 80-90fps with my 4090.
but recently i cant export any faster than 37fps, whatever settings i choose for the GPU. anybody else have that?
my friend got a 4070ti and exports suddenly at 75fps which sound more like it.
I hope someone comes in the comments to explain how to use keyframes
Keyframes can be enabled by right-clicking on the Smoothness slider and choosing Enable keyframing. Then, go to a time in the video when you want the value to be different and just change the slider value. This will create a keyframe on the timeline chart. You can right-click the keyframe point to enable or disable easing (it's enabled by default).
Stabilizing freestyle is like pushing mongo 😂.

All the knowledge and hard work to put into a FPV freestyle video with perfect stabilization, no prop blurr, and perfect coloring using ND filters can now be created by A.I. Why not leave a little bit of the human touch on the videos once in an while.
I really like your video's, but this is not your best. I expected you would explain keyframing in Gyroflow, but you did not.
I know this ain’t got nothing to do with this stream channel, but I downloaded left off on the desk lab top and it says my controller is connected but it won’t let me calibrate. Can you help me out please

Make sure u select usb joystick mode on the transmitter when you plug in to computer
