i believe this is actually a “dance” that jyp specially constructed for trainees to practice because a lot of the moves in the full version of this are the base/foundation of hip-hop+other genres of dance! it seems quite simple but there are a lot of details and lines trainees have to perfect, and i think they must get approval of mastering the dance before moving on. Several other JYP artists like Twice have done a bit of this dance too! If you search up this dance on youtube i think you can find a couple videos of jyp idols doing it!

They also learn all the other basic (embarrassing) basics of all other genres. Not just JYP but all other companies too
