Partially because the entire thing was prerecorded so there was no chance of mess ups which would through this entire stage off. That's why he's playing with hot rod sticks which are extremely quiet and won't cut through the mix over the PR drums. He also messed up small bits of the solo compared to the PR, which proves it even more... I wish he had his moment, but sadly they had to make that executive decision..
I am a hardcore SM stan but I gotta say JYP nailed it. So much passion and creativity in one stage. And you can see the joy and the pride in their eyes during the last stage.

Thank you JYPE for giving Day6 a major focus. They all played, sang, and rapped. Seeing Dowoon soloing on stage really made me proud. This kid played beautifully. Way better than the 10cm drummer. His smile and confidence at the end of his segment-good job YoungK and Sunjin raising him. He's our confidence man, now.
Wow ... The JYP generation is now crazy. There is no overlap between groups. GOT7 with the acrobatic kpop genre, twice cute, day6 with the band added the Straykids maknae with his baddas rap. no need for another place to listen to music, just take the JYP family, complete playlist with all genres 👏👍
even in the older generation jyp groups there was no overlap either. also they're past and present soloists are like that too. the only overlap is that they're all down to earth, humble, all get along well, hard working, never half ass their performances, and never let the fame get to their heads.

What I really love about this stage is that instead of focusing on special effects, their own big hits, they decided to celebrate the people that came before them. The uprising of JYP Entertainment and probably people that they’ve all looked up towards at least once in their life. After appreciating those people they moved to show why they are in JYP and why they’ll continue to rise in JYP. Seeing them all perform really felt like a family and I loved it! PS. Seeing Jaebum lead everyone in the front at the end really warmed my heart as he is the oldest leader there. (not age wise but debut wise)
I was surprised when I heard that there wasn't any song that were made in era, like they didn't perform any of their own songs in this performance, then there's SM.. I made SM idols are great.. but they performed their songs, like the could of performed Gee, Into a new world, Replay, Sorry Sorry, OMG and Ring ding dong, that would of blew my mind

*Seriously JYP idols never disappointed! How did they even manage to find time to practice and do all of this in a really short time?!! All of their idols (GOT7 just finished their 3 days concerts at Thailand and their tours at Japan, Day 6's tours, Twice murderous schedule back to back to Japan and Korea) minus Stray Kids were touring, having concerts, fan meeting here and there even Stray Kids were busy with all their schedules (4 comebacks, all their songs have mvs busy shooting, preparing for their concerts next year) yet still all these idols manage to squeeze time to practice and perform such an amazing stage for us. They're such a hard working and talented idols, JYPE must be glad to have idols like them that only think to show the best for their fans! GOT7, TWICE, DAY6, STRAY KIDS Y'all worked hard!! I am so proud of them and I am so sure and happy to know their new generation have all the traits that all their seniors had, Kind, humble, fun, talented and ALL ARE SUCH AMAZING PERFORMERS! What I really love about this stage is that instead of focusing on special effects, their own big hits, they decided to celebrate the people that came before them. The uprising of JYP Entertainment and probably people that they’ve all looked up towards at least once in their life. After appreciating those people they moved to show why they are in JYP and why they’ll continue to rise in JYP. Seeing them all perform really felt like a family and I loved it!
PS. Seeing Jaebum lead everyone in the front at the end really warmed my heart as he is the oldest leader there. (not age wise but debut wise)
I was surprised when I heard that there wasn't any song that were made in era, like they didn't perform any of their own songs in this performance, then there's SM.. I made SM idols are great.. but they performed their songs, like the could of performed Gee, Into a new world, Replay, Sorry Sorry, OMG and Ring ding dong, that would of blew my mind
