I remember Ryujin talking about how she kept doing body rolls after learning how to do it because of the basic training.
I think one of the Twice members said they kept doing body rolls for hours until they mastered it. I just forgot who it was.

全員上手いけどマコリオリリアあたりは覚えるのも踊るのも、朝飯前なんだろうなぁ。あとリマちゃんは魅せるのが上手いと思う！

The fact that all of our beloved JYPe artist did this during their trainee days is soooo cute! I hope to see a flash mob of this dance move inlcuding all JYPe artist from Park JinYoung PD to the soon to debut NIZI. :)
They had a jyp stage where all jyp artists danced to this for the ending in a gayo daejun
Twice Momo passed this test the fastest. She only took 3 months while others can take up to 2 years
I think stray kids lee know mastered it for only 2 weeks : )

Yeah. Its their first dance lessom during trainees. Every JYP trainees had to do this in for months until they mastered it. Usually they will divided into groups and if one member didnt memorize it, they had to it all over again.

I remember TWICE members talking about this dance moves and showing demonstrations LOL But they said some parts are changed.
Yep! I learned it from an older video (on Vlive) with Twice. Now that it's changed, I'll learn it here😊
@@hirori2935 I think they haven't been changed. They made it short because some trainees have never trained before. I am pretty sure that NIZI project trainees skipped some steps. I am really sure because I was young, I danced HIP HOP for years.

You will notice that in the second move, they have changed the arms, and in the third move they've changed the legs... And so on.

트와이스 조차도 저것만 1년 넘게 해야했던 연습생이 있을정도니 쉽지는않지만

Can we talk about how smooth the moves were?
It was kind of satisfying... especially because of their synchronisation
I've done this for straight one week and I must say that this is effective if you want to master basic dance moves. And it also helps me with my breathing since this is not too hard to do. I tried more and more sets everyday, but for the first day I only did 2-3 sets of this. And then it became 4-5 sets a day.
tip: try wearing gym clothes/ tank top/ anything that's above your waist then face the mirror when you're doing the dance. I find it more effective when you dance facing a mirror and it had improve my basic body rolls.
(idk if this is the reason why my waist got smaller but besides doing this, I also dance for 20 mins. each day.) Do not push yourself too hard! This dance is a great workout to do this quarantine. Always take a day off your whole week of dancing! 🌼🧚🏻♂️💌
