Hey, thanks for this video. My radiator just started leaking and this has given me the confidence to just do the replacement myself - appreciate it, brother!
@@fullysuited Just finished the job. Took less than 2 hours total and I even did an oil/filter change while I was under there since the front skid plate was off. Thanks for posting this video - it encouraged me to just do the job myself and save a bunch of cash! As noted by some, don't forget to bleed the system to get the air bubbles out after refilling it with coolant - the bleeder screw is located by the firewall on the passenger side - just follow the hoses and unscrew it slightly until coolant comes out!👍
Got to love RWD and longitudinally mounted engines. Yes they can be sleds in the snow but a lot easier to work on in most cases. I have to give Infiniti credit. With some exceptions a lot of fairly common basic maintenance items are still user serviceable. Rear Wheel Drive layout, not exceptionally difficult for plugs, filters, brakes, oil Lube Filter, and even some sensors. Not a fan of all the plastic especially around the engine block areas but way of the world. I also like that the engines are fairly common design and no matter what vehicle they can be a good reference point regardless of whether you have that vehicle or not.
For the condenser - is the only thing you have to do is unhook it off the bracket? There is no need to take the ac apart or pull the freon out of the system ?
Did you perform or at least consider changing the water pump, Thermostat and hoses while you had the radiator out? Probably never going to get easier access to the pump, thermostat, belts and tensioners/pulley. Also piece of mind of having a full cooling system flush and new fluid/parts. Yes a little more work but again easy access to the pump.
Can you take a picture of that dipstick and email it to me. Fullysuited@gmail.com We got to spread the word to other people who like to save money by doing things them selves
Couple more question, sorry! How'd you get to the screws to unscrew condenser from radiator and where is the coolant temp sensor. Thanks again in advance.
Thanks man you saved me hours of hell. Great video! Thanks a lot man. This video was a life saver! Im thinking about buying a power programmer and a k&n cold air kit. How much more power could I squeeze out of that engine without turbocharging or procharging it. If you have time I'd like to know what mods you would go with for max power for least amount of money. Thanks again for the great video. Im subbing and turning on notifications!
Can you tell me where you purchased a new radiator for your 2007 Infiniti M35? I am looking for a new one, not a used one. Mine is leaking from the top "passengers side". The drivers seat collapsed to the floor, apparently that's an issue with Nissan/Infiniti. I'm not a big girl. Had to have that rewelded. Just a warning to others. I had all the recalls done, and they skipped the seat deal. It's been an amazing car, otherwise. 158,000 miles, but trying to find a new radiator now... Thank you in advance.
Man what the fuck the box you said comes off so easy that the air filter is in is attached to my car how the fuck do I take it off i I unbolted verythythung and it still there
This has skipped soooooo many steps. How do you remove the condenser cover? Or did your car not have one? Two hoses at the bottom for automatic coolant. Air box hose needs to be loosened. 10mm screws everywhere. Jack the car up. Bleed the air out of the system or you will overheat. If you are reading this comment do not, DO NOT, follow these instructions. You will he lost and fuck up your engine. Have a good day.

You can also find the radiator at your local auto parts store for half the price.
@@fullysuited Yeah, looking now. They are around $200-250 now. Advanced Auto Parts has it in stock for $210 with a coupon, so not bad!

Thanks bro! AAMCO tried to charge me over a thousand bucks to do that!

Evan S No. That can stay because they screw apart.
Yes. It unhook.
Do you have an installation video?

Good Video. Thanks.
Identical to my M35, but I did not see transmission cooler lines at the bottom of your radiator. Had you previously installed an aftermarket cooler?
Jon Iszard no...That was my first time having to touch it.
Where is the thermostat location on m35x 2006
g35 and m35 the same raditor ?
Did you add transmission fluid?
Why do you ask
Cuz you Lose some when you replace the radiator
How do you do that? The transmission is sealed.
There’s a small dip stick that screws in the transmission, you can see how much is in it and fill it from the dip stick housing
Can you take a picture of that dipstick and email it to me.

Great Vid! I have a question. Did you replace the thermostat? If so was it a double and was it difficult. Thanks in Advance.!!
No. But the nice thing is, it's easy to access!
Fast forward 3 minutes into the video

3 years late to the party but just wondering what you ended up doing with it? Have an '07 m35 right now, these engines are honestly top notch
