There was a time in my life where I would have other people’s opinions decide for myself. I would ask myself why I was sad, worried and always anxious. One day I decided to have lunch with my mom. I order an IPA and some food and we talked. She asked me, “is this what you want?” “I know that everyone wants something and has an opinion”. This was a moment in my life where I learned to be my own advocate. From that point forward, I thought for myself.

Your phone is kind of a representation of your brain the more time you spend on it the more you miss out on time from your life in all aspects especially psychologically. The less time spent on your phone the more you can enjoy life, step outside of your head, and create space and balance between the two so then you’ll be able to make room to retain information. Make room to get to really know yourself connect with yourself, find hobbies that make you happy that doesn’t involve your phone or laptop. Physical activity or interests. Maybe free writing, art of some sort, nature, sport, walks, the simple things life has to offer and also the extraordinary things life has to offer. I it may not make sense but it is pretty damaging. Take time to get to know yourself and love yourself and everything should fall into place. I’m personally working on this currently hence me clicking on this video but I did take something from this kid.

Gonna start this, I deleted most of the apps on my phone and I make sure to go to bed and not stay up. I realize I am more positive now and communicating is more enjoyable. My only problem now is retaining information when people tell me things, I usually over think or try to make it very complex which makes me jumble up my words or lose thought when speaking, I’m getting better at it now by asking questions more in my head and thinking through then answering, this definitely helps a lot when retaining information.

Well done, Danny! I would love to hear what you think about the value of a person from the perspective of impact on the "piece of the world" we each live in.

J.K. Rowling's Net Worth should help paint a brighter picture for the publishing industry.

I suppose it's easy to make anything fit your own narrative when the only statistics you use to calculate net worth and industry worth are those which support your theory.

      J. Walker but that just basic arguing. Use the facts that support your side.

I feel like this didn't go into any direction, sure he alluded to the problem that externalization of knowledge brings but then what? What's the actual message in here? This didn't resonate with me at all. He also looked kinda bored while speaking. All in all it wasn't worth my time.

I liked your part of the presentation where you presented the different net worths of industry’s but I feel you left out one major industry, the water industry. Like 330 people a year drink water.
