- Hard water contains an excess amount of calcium and magnesium which mix with your hair products to form a salt. The salt that is formed leaves a residue on your scalp and hair, which blocks your scalp from absorbing the moisturizer from the conditioner. As a result, your hair gets dry, tangled and leads to breakage.

-You need to rinse hair again with filter water after keeping the rinse on for the mentioned amount of time
- Ratio needs to be increased for lemon one as per your hair length as I made more than 1 rinse hence made lemon one in lesser quantity.

Hi there, I accidentally landed in the video while searching for something. I have recently moved to a new house where everything is great except the hard water :) part. Almost two months and I have been experiencing severe hair fall n also after each hair wash my hair would be dry n frizzy whereas my hair originally is very silky. Egg mask etc wasn't helping me. However I watched your video on Friday, 5th Aug 2022. And I tried the lemon rinse hack. I will give my feedback because I think it is important that people should be aware n hope it helps others: after my hair wash, I had prepared one mug of water with 1/3rd of a lemon totally squeezed and the after effects was lesser hairfall and the hair has been much shinier. I didn't see the dry frizziness part. I know you have told that we need to give some time may be a month but I am not kidding I saw the effect in a single wash. Thank you so much. And I thank God for landing me into this video while I was searching for some other diy hack. I really hope people read this because it worked for me. Thank you again!

How many times can we apply oil in a week....can we apply pack or rice water on oily hair.....so much confusion can you do your weekly hair routine we can follow you easily
It was my concern too. I came to the conclusion that applying pack on oily hair will benefit not as much as on non oily hair. So I oil once a week and apply some oil based mask on some other day of the same week

Some things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I discontinued wearing ponytails because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

It could be because of dandruff too. Go to a medical shop and ask for ketacanazole shampoo. In three to five washes your scalp would be free of dandruff . You can apply diluted apple vinegar to the hair while doing headbath. You will find RUclips videos that tell how to do this. These two things should be able to solve your issue

I've been struggling with hard water since quite sometime now in Bangalore. Tried the Caredale water softener on my shower and results have been good so far. It's affordable and good for hair fall, hair feels soft after washing now. Hope this helps someone :) got it from amazon

Hi, firstly thank you so much for some amazing insights about hair fall. And I really need your help, so I have always had thin and straight hair, but after I had my daughter I started experience extreme hair fall like you can see my scalp when I oil my hair and my hair is still straight but it looks very dull, when I visited the parlor for a head massage, they told me that I have very weak roots and need to do a protein treatment , I know better so just had the oil massage and got back home... I have used curryleaf oil, it didn't help me much, I'm using carrot oil, my hair feel a bit better, I'm gonna try few of you tips like the ural dall hair mask, can you plz suggest an oil for me, I will try the onion&garlic oil, or the ginger oil, and yes I do have split ends.... hard water mere liye bahot badi problem tha and my hair was suffering due to hard water, washing with filter water everytime was very expensive so i decided to find some home remedies and landed on your page, i tried your acv remedy and yes it helped me lot, breakage kam ho gaya par was not 100 percent so i researched little more and decided to change my hair care product from conventional ones to natural, got this little extra brand offering plant based ingredients like coconut and onion, fenugreek, tried there shampoo and liked it. my hairfall is reducing with the help of your remedy and this product, i am very happy
