    It was nice to watch this video.
    This is the best way to spread awareness about what the Sikh faith really is. Even when Sikhs are visible everywhere still the persons of other faiths may continue to have misconceptions of them due to lack of direct interaction.
    We should have more of this type of interfaith meetings so that one community gets to know more about the other communities.
    Satnaam waheguru.

    Sat Shri Akaal🙏 Truly grateful for this opportunity to learn about Sikhism and it's culture. One point I'd like to add as a Hindu is that we too believe in a single universal God. Hinduism is NOT polytheistic and while you might find words that attempt to describe our relationship to Bhagwan (God), in the end, these terms were made by the same British agent sent to defame Hinduism by mistranslating texts. We believe in Nirguna Brahman (God without form or traits) and Saguna Brahman (God with from and traits). It's believed that it is nearly impossible to obtain and commune with Nirguna Brahman so God takes form to aid us in returning to the Supreme Divinity. God is both unmanifested and manifested and it's the same unified consciousness in all forms and beings. A better example of a difference is that Sikhism makes no distinction between auspiciousness and inauspiciousness so that's why there's no holy day for Sikhs as they believe all days are equally as holy. At the end of the day we are all one and Sikhism is beautiful example follow in this mission and spiritual pursuit. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh🪯

    Respect to the people of this church for wanting to learn about sikhi and I hope the Sikhs watching this decide to learn from this too that maybe you should follow sikhi too for example when Guru Ji says don’t cut your hair then don’t !
    When Guru Ji says wake up in the morning and pray then do that
    So basically follow Guru jis command
    Rather than just calling yourselves Sikhs but not following hukam ( commands)
    Also just to clarify Bhangra has nothing to do with sikhi it is a punjabi cultural dance as in sikhi dancing and frivolous activities are forbidden and rather our time should be spent in worship of the almighty. So this dancing was actually disrespectful as it was done prior and after Gurbani was actually sung and Guru Ji being brought their even if in senchi form it is still Gurbani so the Sikhs who organised this need to look at this and remember we are not here to entertain the hosts or to build a name for ourselves at the cost of adjusting our Sikh maryada (code of conduct rules ) otherwise we all know about Guru Sahib jis order for Ram Rai ?

    Its really nice that Skih in church but I pity on those Sikhs in Punjab in India who are abusing Christian on the name of Faith and telling them to close their institute, Even Mile Hi Church has allowed you to play vulgar songs in Church but what about those Sikhs who are stoping people to pray to Jesus in Punjab.

      John Masih what the fuck are you saying bad songs you dirty Chamar go to hell...oh yah your already there ....Britain made Pakistan and it was backed by the church. ...in Canada christ is not followed we hate that....it made this country hell now we are free of religion of rape and the genocide of the native population in Canada at hands of residential schools

    • @NaureenSingh
      @NaureenSingh 6 лет назад +1

      Hi John--- do you mind elaborating what "vulgar songs" were played inside the church? There was a team behind every aspect of this show, including making sure everything was culturally sensitive.

      John those are fraud missionaries. Who hire actors who act like cancer patients, and than they show stage performance how Bishops treated his cancer.
      Similiary bhut(Demon) state fraud dramas, propogandas.
      Christians are living with sikhs peacefully for long time.
      Youve seen, sikhs dont convett others in any scenario in return we also deserve that.
