I can’t say enough about the knorr package of Alfredo noodles. Everything is in the package that you need except milk and water. I add some butter for flavor as well as a tsp of chicken broth paste. Makes the best alfredo and takes about 11 minutes. You could add some chicken. Your recipe for this alfredo chicken looks delicious. I’ll have to try it.

I can't wait to make that Cracker Barrel copycat, that is my absolute favorite meal from there. I'm in Pennsylvania, in the apple orchard area. One time I remember instead of having the broccoli and cheddar Chicken, they actually had an apple and cheddar Chicken it was so good. I wish it was something they would put on their menu permanently.

Hey LulaMae - hope u are doing well? I just saw tonight that NOAA has the name "Oscar" for 1 of the 2024 Hurricanes this Summer. I watch the best Caribbean forecaster on RUclips called "Mr Weatherman" & there's gonna be another storm named "Tony" this year too (I'll have to tell Alma next). He doesn't say where they are going to go until they get 1-2 weeks out or how bad they are gonna be, but he's very thorough & very correct. Hoping those 2 storms aren't gonna be too bad! I really love how simple your recipes are. When people say simple they have like 25 ingredients, so I love that yours aren't 25 ingredients. Also, that Zesty Enchilada Casserole? Oh heck yes!! So trying that one!

I made the Alfredo recipe in the past along with a penne pasta no boil casserole for Sunday dinner when all the kids and grand kids were here and they all loved, loved the Alfredo the best😋. The Prego garlic Alfredo sauce is delicious! Thanks for all you share💕

Hi Mel, I hope you feel better soon. Just wanna let you know that I've been rotating your recipes in my weekly meal prep. Now I don't even have to think what to make. I just replace ingredients with low card/ low chol options ( doctors orders) and go shopping.😊 Love it! Thanks so much. My prep time have been cut in more than half.

.....The last dish is what I call " Taco Casserole "... and I have not used the Italian dressing, so I'll try it ! I usecRed Enchilada sauce ( hone- made or otherwise) if I make this dish into Enchilada Casserole. Either way, it's really good! ( except I use Corn Tortillas for my Enchilada Casserole. )
" I'm feeling a little under the Weather..."... goes into the kitchen and whips up a really good meal for her Family.... I had to chuckle....girl, if I wasn't feeling well, it was Leftovers or scrambled eggs and few slices of bacon, lol.
I make another "enchilada casserole" with the sauce and its delicious, too. But the addition of the zesty Italian just does something so yummy here 😊 And honey, I thought getting up and cooking and moving might help me feel better 🤣 It did not 😆 but I am feeling better now. For the past couple of weeks ive been binge.watching all kinds of cooking videos. I realized today that i really dont like any kind of meat. Lol. Hello, I stumbled across your channel looking for some new ideas and I really enjoy your videos. I'm a recent "empty nester" and I've lost way too much weight, not in a good way either. I miss preparing and sharing meals for my son and and I, is it possible for you to maybe share some recipes for "one"? I really like the taco dish you did! I feel as if I'm wasting too much bread, milk, etc. Most "single" recipes I viewed are vegan or just a bit too healthy for me 😁 it's not easy planning for one as you would think. Have a great week

Where did you get your little electric fireplace?
These casseroles all look great! You made me laugh when you said you never have used the heart or Bundt pan inserts in your springform pan. I still have an “easy” ice cream maker that I wanted so badly several years ago…..guess where it is….still sitting in the box, brand new, in the closet! Guess I didn’t need it that bad, 🤣.
