  • @jacobslater7073
    @jacobslater7073 6 лет назад +6

    You should all create a dish focused around 1 single ingredient, ie a carrot dish made with carrot pure, roast carrots etc or beet puree, smoked beet etc etc. The overall winner has the most steps to the plate and has really thought about how to maximise the ingredients potential! Obviously, give the chefs harder ingredients like artichokes or radish

  • @mellchiril
    @mellchiril 6 лет назад +1

    So... Mike starts something, which could've been an amazing idea, Barry adds something to it, which could've been fun. Ben enters the kitchen, sets all the clues aside and just decides to do whatever he so pleases while ignoring everything the other two had done. Jamie comes in and wonders what the hell is going on because there's now suddenly added ideas and basically no clues aside from Ben's because they've been put aside... then James comes in and has to make sense out of it all to put it all together.
    If I had to put people in order, it'd be... 1: James (because he managed to rescue everything), 2: Mike (nice idea, could've been a fun thing to add had it worked out well) 3: Jamie (going with what was there instead of adding and ignoring things), 4: Barry (didn't check what was already there and let stuff burn, umm... brought color!), 5: Ben (Doesn't work well in a team, it seems, prefers to do his own thing.)

    1. James (consistently the best at putting things together)
    2. Mike (for always trying to leave clues, and having an original idea)
    3. Jamie (for not messing up this time)
    4. Barry
    5. Ben (u threw away all the clues)

    When slicing potatoes like in the video today, if you use a second spoon on the other side of the potato, it makes a kind of sling so the potato won't roll around as much and the second spoon also guarantees that the knife won't cut too deeply and slice through the spud. Good job all around.

    For the order, I am going to say -
    Ben (He really put the fine in fine dining to what Mike and Barry did - though I love how he completely rebuffed Mike and Barry's clue🤣)
    James (That plating was FANCYY)
    Mike (Literally just because of the clue he gave to Barry about the Black Swan - That was really smart Mike🤣)
    Barry (Just cuz he decoded Mike's clue promptly 🤣)
    Jamie (Jamie I am sorry I love you. You might have topped the normals this time cuz of your master chef "spooning", but Barry and Mike's clues were epic🤣🤣)
