Jeramy, it has been a while since I made these videos but reading your comments is bringing back a lot of good memories and reminded me of all the funny things Marines say. Cheers!
Now my channel is all about the Marines! And I was in the Army. This is a good thing anyway! You guys are awesome!!!! Keep up the great work!
Thank you for leaving a comment and supporting my channel. I have much love and respect for Soldiers and hope you are enjoying the veteran life. Semper Fi from one veteran to another!
When I was in the Army our Officers had this kind of energy the NCO’s where either burned out or had stick up there fifth point of contact.. Love this
Thank you and thank you for serving. Semper Fi!
“Aye wassup big dawg “ 😂😂if I had a dollar for every time I heard that lol
:).... Now that I'm retired, I 100% agree lol.
I love the energy i cant wait to serve my country
Thank you and you got this. Semper Fi!
In the late 90s when i was in, there was a SgtMaj Hartley on Camp Kinser. He was about to get out after 30 years. A Vietnam Vet. Was always cheerful and happy to talk to us, shoot the sh-t. Never broke balls. There was this other SgtMaj, never in combat, total jerk. If you said good morning he’d stop and look at his watch. Loved standing you at attention and talking down on you. A few months after I went back to the states, I heard he was busted for adultery and given a DD.
😳😳😳😳 Wow!!!
Felicitaciones por su canal! Un cordial y respetuoso saludo desde Argentina!! Soy Infante de Marina Argentino - Retirado.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. Semper Fi!
Went in Corps 2006-2010 out for 9 years then into the army because it was my only choice. Man I wish I had Sgtmaj as cool as him. Semper fi til I die. We need more cool Sgtsmajs like him.
Thank you for leaving a comment, the compliment, and for serving. Semper Fi!
"Aye thats some Chesty Puller, Opha May Johnson!!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
He may drink coffee in the morning but he’s motivated this man can hang on Boeing 747 and hang on from one side of the world to the other now that’s motivation right there people
😆 Thank you and I appreciate the motivation and humor. I just have a love for life and people. Semper Fi!
Semper Fi Brother! Love the ENERGY!!!

I been out for a minute... but now I'm motivated... lemme go do 20 pullups. Don't worry, I still got it Rahhh.
You put a big smile on my face this morning. OOOH RAAAH!
Great man, great attitude, excellent Marine!
Thank you!
that's is positive energy at its best... spread it SgtMaj,,, it becomes infectious. Semper Fi
Thank you! OOOOH RAAAH!!!
Got news for you all. When bullets start flying, the first ones to take cover are those Marines who are 5’6” and under. ( closer to the ground, ). i know, Been there, done that.
Thank you for leaving a comment and your service. I'm glad you made it out alive! There are benefits to being short and we are definitely closer to the ground. Cheers!
This is pretty accurate to every interaction between the lower enlisted and higher ups. Just not know wtf is going on 🤣
😂😂😂😂😂
I was down, now i fuckun motivated as hell. MARINE CORPS!!!
Ooooh Raaah!!! 🫡
Got to love it! Semper Fi.
Thank you and Semper Fi!
SGTMAJ you're outta control! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
She put a smile on my face...She's a badass 100%👍💯💪
💯💯💯💯% agree. Semper Fi!
SgtMaj Fields!!!! Still a damn good man in retirement!
Thank you my friend. Happy New Year and Semper Fi!
I went from watching videos of executive outcomes to Sergeant Major Fields youtube channel. The internet is a strange place. Never met a marine I didn't like. That being said, GO ARMY!
Awesome and thank you for watching. Go Army :)
I met a ton. A bunch of legs from Lejeune come up to Bragg to train for some reason trying to cat call the airborne like they're looking down. Sorry sweetness, if you aren't wearing wings the only ones looking down is us. You may be a Marine, but you're still a dirty nasty leg that speaks when spoken to. AATW
Fuck the army…and fuck you, you fucking fuck ! SEMPER FI
I truly agree with you.I was assigned at Ft.Belvoir, lived in Woodbridge, and most of my neighbors were Marines, hell my next door neighbor was a Marine in Motorpool at Quantico.Had good times with them at the Q-Club back in the 80'.Never had NAIRE PROBLEM with my fellow Brothers In Arms.In fact, they treated me as one of their own.Even been to their barracks.-
Also...We would jump in from Bragg to Lejeune, kick ass TOO-
can we apreciate that this man uploaded this 4 years ago and is still responding
happy new year all
Thank you for the support and comment. I believe that if I'm going to produce content, and someone takes the time to leave a comment, I should take the time to respond; regardless of the comment 😊. Happy New Year and Semper Fi!
It's funny because even though I gave them that respect I was never timid around the higher-ups because as Doc everyone comes to us. My old Capt retired a LtGen and when he got in contact with me after all them years he was like "hey f'r it's the best Doc I ever had". I'll say that the Marines always took care of me and I'm honored to be called their brother.
Semper Fi
OOOH RAAH Doc and thank you for motivating me today and leaving a comment. I will always remember and love the Docs I served with and those I did not. You guys are like a Marine's guardian angle. Please take care and love you Doc. One of my favorite Docs is in the video below. Semper Fi!

"where you from? Yeah whatever."

Back in my days we were not allowed to have tattoos below our quarter sleeves. While in Barracks duty, a Marine was told to removed his tattoos in the forearm. Adding while you were in a new Tattoos could take you office hours as you destroying government properties GI. But thing changes nothing stays the same. 1972 PI SC
OOH RAH 1972 PI SC. Thank you for blazing the trails for 90s Marines like myself. Semper Fi!
@@SgtMajMarioPFields Semper Fidelis brother, Sir.
Love this Marine!!!!! Thanks to all who served!!!
Thank you and Happy New Year. Semper Fi!
@@SgtMajMarioPFields I'm a Woman Marine, 65-68. One of first 10 WMs sent to MCAS Futema Oki Jan 67. MC made me a better person. Glad I served. Love all you Marines!! SEMPER FI!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
@@gew9487 Thank you for having the courage to join during the 60s and succeeding. I truly admire you and feel blessed to read your comment. I can't speak for everyone else, but I love you Marine. Happy New Year and Semper Fi!

@@gew9487 impressive.... God bless you all and Semper Fi!
Got out a few months ago, doubt I'll ever see motivation like this again!
Hi Bryce, thank you for serving my friend and unfortunately, you are accurate. The motivation in the private sector takes on a different form of behaviors and I definitely had to adjust. I leveraged my network and they made the process a lot smoother and help me gain a better understanding of how to leverage my energy for the good. Semper Fi my friend and thank you for leaving a comment.
@@SgtMajMarioPFields Thank you for the reply. I start my first job since leaving next month so it’ll be a challenge with the new environment. Semper Fi!
@@RainyCloudCore Congrats and you got this....
I'd loved to run into more Sgtmaj's like this!!! But the vast majority when you see them you turn and go the other way!😆😆😆
Thank you for the compliment and leaving a comment. Semper Fi!!!!!!!
This SgtMaj is what makes the Marine Corps worth staying in. SF
Thank you and Happy New Year. Semper Fi!
“Where you from? Yea whatever” lmfao
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I Love SgtMaj Fields lol
Thank you 😊
Too funny. I'd be less nervous meeting a general because unless general was a mustang, *this* (Sgt Maj) is a real Marine. We know he came up through hard work. Sergeant Major you are 6 foot 6 in my book.
Thank you and I truly appreciate it. You are 100% accurate. I work like hell during my 26+ years and didn't expect much, but gave all. Semper Fi!
Pretty sure Mustangs can’t reach the rank of General - I think they max out at Lt. Colonel 🤷🏻♂️
I would salute that Sergeant Major
Thank you and I would salute you back with a "Thank you." Semper Fi!
The shortest Marines have the biggest hearts. I'm 6'0 feet but I thought that I'll give a shout out. Former Hollywood Marine 1989.
Thank you and Oooh Raaah! Semper Fi!
Damn that Corporal’s sleeves were atrocious!
But the Sgt's were outstanding :). Leadership by example.
I Retired as a WO4 after 25years, as a Gunner I spent most of my last 7 years running firing ranges from Handgun to 81 mortars, most of the E1-E5 were respectful, a lot of E6-Senior Gunnys resented me as a Pog, All E8 and E9 realized that SME's have a vital place in the Batallion.
Thank you for sharing and I had a wonderful relationship with the Gunner. Unfortunately, he unexpectedly passed away last year. I have much respect for Gunner and salute you my friend. Happy New Year and Semper Fi!
I recently got this in my recommendation… gotta say this is pretty wholesome
Thank you and Semper Fi!
If I'd met you a couple years back, I might've stayed in. I felt...motivation while watching this. YUUUUUUUT!
Thank you for supporting the channel and serving. Semper Fi my friend!
I am the daughter of a SgtMaj (51-81) and also served 4 years myself (83-87) reaching the rank of Corporal. I know my dad wasn't friendly like this with his Marines but while I was serving we had SgtMaj King who was stationed as USMC Beaufort Air Station and he was like this SgtMaj except he was about 6'5.
Lisa, thank you and your family for serving the Corps. I actually know SgtMaj King and he was one of my mentors. I'm still in contact with him today and will share this comment with him on FB. Thank you for leaving a comment and Semper Fi!
They mentality is great
Thank you!!
Thank you for love of our country
My pleasure and likewise 🇺🇸🙏🏾🫡

Thank you my good man and happy Sunday. I truly appreciate the support and respect. Semper Fi 🙏🏾🇺🇸🫡
@@SgtMajMarioPFields Best experience of my life was standing in front of a Sgt. Major for the E5 board. Never did I work so hard to do a good job. I had too much respect and too much fear not to do my best. Did a 196 out of 200. A looong time ago. Army, though I doubt there is much difference.
Wow…and 196 out of 200..Dang. SgtMaj is a SgtMaj 🫡. Thank you for serving!
When Sergeant Major approaches you… it could mean two things… you either getting an ass chewing or how your day is going. Followed by a good morning/afternoon Sgt.Major. Yuuuuuttt!!!
OOOHRAAAH!
Get out of my way Corporal 😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Nov 1983, Plt 3089. San Diego. That's all I have to say. Now retired, I can still be heard outside of the gym doors.
Oooh Raah. Thank you for you service and continued motivation. Semper Fi!
@@SgtMajMarioPFields SgtMaj, I think our leadership styles are on the same page. In the gym, I can still annoy others with my example. I use a lot of "My equipment is left better than how I found it. Why isn't yours. They mouth off then see me dwarf their workout. They vanish faster than working party volunteers. oorah.
never saw a corporal move so fast and disappear, as when the SGM said "get out of the way corporal"
😂😂😂😂😂
To many Master Gunny’s and Sgt. Majs in my life growing up in a Navy and Marine Corps Home. Your making me homesick Sgt.Maj Fields. Oh Rah, Devil Dog! And Happy New Year! 🎊
