'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' is by far one of Kate Winslet's best movies, so is 'Titanic' and 'Revolutionary Road'.

When I look at the Hollywood crowd of actors and actresses I think to myself that too many of the people who actually does make it there, are not that great. When I see Kate and Leo act, not only together, but in general, it makes me see exactly what acting is about and how it is really done. I'm not saying they are the only ones in Hollywood that can act, but they are definitely some of the best. Revolutionary Road was stuck in my head for a week after seeing it. Marvellous and sensational!!!

What a delight to hear from Leo and Kate, their intelligence shines and the difficulty they faced in doing such confrontational scenes. Charlie Rose had so many outstanding guests and had a way of helping them so fully and honestly express themselves.
I just love Kate and Leo together and have alot of respect for them . After the mega success of "Titanic" they could have just skated by but instead both chose to work hard at their craft . After 3 noms , Oscar may still deny Leo, but he's grown into a highly respected actor who has become a favorate of legendary director Martin Scorsese and acting legend Robert DeNiro. Kate meanwhile has become Oscar winning , Brittish acting royalty.
I love Leo so much and I have been a huge fan of his since his early days, unfortunately Hollywood refuses to recognize his talent, but I sure do. One day, they won't be able to deny him the recognition he deserves.

DiCaprio really sold me in his performance of the many stages of life of Howard Hughes. Prior to that I didn't see why he was taken seriously. But when I saw him in Blood Diamond.. yeesh, the guy becomes his character!

Great movie, although I think it's fair to say it's only because of the absolutely outstanding performances of these two and Michael Shannon, also fantastic.

I must say, I didn't like Leo much in his earlier years of acting. Lately, however, independent of the specific movies he's been in, he's always given a solid performance. He's definitely matured into a fine, capable actor.

I think you dont need to be fed by the director. why did they feel unique or suppirior that simple life wasnt just enough ? well.. it can happen to anyone. I felt so identified with Winslet charchter and I thought she was simply amazing
True. The other problem with the Oscars is that it's winners are selected by the ACADEMY and that's the whole point. There has to be and incredible bias in the academy and whomever is calling the shots, has not been interested in him winning.
As long as everybody pays too much attention to the Oscars themselves, the academy will keep even their costumers (The People) under control. You will prefer the movies where the Oscar winners and you will listen to them.
It's all about the MONEY
His best role was Howard Hughes anyway

Watched the full interview, He was giving Kate some serious evil stares and he literally mocked her ate the end of d interview when she wasn't there. Kate needs to stay away from this guy cos I feel like he takes her for granted and is literally just pretending to be her friend cos anybody who fakes a smile to ur face and mocks u behind ur back is not ur friend.
lmao he didn't mock her at all? I watched the full interview. They've been friends for a really long time too, almost 20 years, so why would he pretend? He doesn't go making friends with anybody, he has a very tight circle of people he can trust and she is one of them.
