Sorry, it doesn't work that way. You can't unless you get divorced. That's why we didn't get a mortgage and purchased a more cost effective place. We are actually happy about that. We now own a place outright. It's a good feeling.
Great vid. Didn't you take a year or two going all over there before home purchase? I think that's a good idea no matter where one settles. I think I could live many places but you still want it to be as right as possible especially when not working anymore. So they'll accept your savings and social security as the nearly $4000/month required? It's a lot to take in and get altogether for sure. I am hopeful this is my last year working (end of 2025). Not sure I can hang on with all your fab informational vids which are so captivating! Language still worries me.
Olá! Yes, we traveled and waited 2 years before purchasing a property. We rented through Claudia as well. That make it simple when all was said and done. As for nearly $4000 a month that is for the D8 which is when you are working - creating your own business. A D7 Retirement is only the minimum wage which is about $900 a month. Big difference.
