Everyone is talking about the audio but honestly the audio makes it feel more realistic to me. As a kid (keep in mind that I'm only 20) we had a weather radio on the wall in our hallway that would turn on by itself when there was a severe weather situation, and it sounded EXACTLY like this. Muffled, awful audio and all. I was terrified of severe weather as a kid so every time that thing turned on, it scared the living hell out of me. This took me back to that, and it gave me an unsettling feeling, regardless of the content.
Ohhh, gotcha. I was listening to this on really old laptop speakers so I had no idea what people were complaining about, but now that I'm listening on headphones I totally see where everything else is pretty quiet.
