- Here is my first race since the Olympics! I have got three major Championships this year with World Championships, Commonwealth Games and the European Championships so this was a great start in my preparation towards those!

If you go to his first video the Q and A he said his favourite drill was 1 pull 2 kicks I am not sure if it’s his favourite before a race tho

@@peace2856 ask your coach (if you have one). Peaty also can’t give you an answer to that, he haven’t even seen you, and it totally depends on the athlete! What distances are you doing and have you already done own body weight exercises?

Es el mejor nadador del mundo. Aún siendo pechista, el estilo más limitado, y solo nadando una prueba olímpica, es tanta la ventaja que gana en esos 100m pecho que por eso es el mejor del mundo.

Is it 10-15 min per muscle or for the full body in the foam roller?
depends on the size of the muscle and how sore it is. Recovery like foam rolling has general advice but is unique for everybody and their body’s state. When I roll out large muscles like lats or quads, I feel for the area that needs rolling and roll it out until it feels looser(specific to me obviously but that shouldn’t take more than 3-4 minutes or so)
