Xbox Ban Exploit of 2024. Just how fake do you want this exploit to be? One RUclipsr gets banned for nothing, and the internet starts losing their minds, believing that the Xbox Ban Exploit returned in 2024. But it NEVER existed. The Xbox Ban Exploit is NOT real. Besides Microsoft denying the Xbox Ban Exploit, I managed to figure this out for myself as well. Ghillie was banned for no reason on Xbox when he was streaming. That doesn't mean anything. Xbox Enforcement has a monthly quota with enforcements and Xbox suspensions. Sometimes, they use your enforcement history against you to come up with a new enforcement decision, without using evidence. It happens to many random players. It also happened to me. It happens and it does not prove anything about an Xbox Ban Exploit.
In August of 2023, a GTA rumor came out because of some Reddit thread, warning players of an Xbox Ban Exploit. The whole internet believed it. I made a video about it after an Xbox Hacker claimed to have had it.

Microsoft spoke about this and denied the Xbox Ban Exploit. I believe them. It makes no sense how hackers can manipulate Xbox Enforcement's system (Vulcan 2.0) to ban random players on Xbox. This Xbox Ban Exploit only has one picture of it on the internet, and I was told it's used from the Xbox GameBar on PC. WELP, it never existed! Think about it. I go on Xbox to call out hackers, scammers, etc. Don't you think all my Xbox accounts would get banned instantly? Sure, I had many Xbox bans, but it was because of legitimate decisions made by Xbox Enforcement. I don't agree with them at all but it was not an Xbox Ban Exploit. Beside me, think of all the influential Xbox players on RUclips. Don't you think some hacker would use the Xbox Ban Exploit against them? It's simple. Ghillie was banned for no reason and now the internet is freaking out...AGAIN.
Don't fall for this again. Xbox Enforcement issues random suspensions. No hackers on Xbox has access to Xbox Enforcement's reporting interface to issue bans. Don't let this stress you and enjoy your games because the Xbox Ban Exploit of 2024 does NOT exist! :D

If someone can maliciously cause someone to be banned for no reason at all, through bots or anything else, that counts as an exploit. It might not be a "hack" or whatever, but that definitely falls into the category of exploit.
If you use bots to mass report someone for no reason, that's an exploit because YOU are abusing a feature outside of its intended purpose.
Mass false reporting is abuse of the report system, therefore it's an exploit.
I got this done to me on call of duty. I got shadowbanned after not playing since MW2, I played for 3 days, I kill someone in gulag and says, yup report this kid. I landed and got kicked

there actually is an exploit live to get banned right now, but its not hacking the servers, but rather a microsoft exploit in minecraft using the chat report feature that was implemented a couple years ago on the java version of minecraft. there is this group online that formed from a bunch of nefarious griefers on an anarchy server did some shady stuff and did an exploit to grief random public servers but i digress. this crew is the real deal and recently they have been active recently.
There is a ban exploit, it’s a tool on discord, where you get bots to spam report the account, hope this helps.
I’m well aware of it but it’s not the exploit people are talking about.

If it is happening because of Minecraft then that has the potential to be done on other platforms too where Minecraft is logged into using a Microsoft account and how Minecraft uses user ID's.
Given how this has allegedly banned the guy from the Xbox eco system this could mean that on other systems you could be blocked from playing any Microsoft games when using a Microsoft account as they wont be able to ban people from being able to play on their PlayStations or PC's etc obviously.
Honestly I am of the opinion that bans should only ever apply to the game that it was enforced in and not spread to other products or to the eco system as a whole that all of these companies employ these days.
Ironically the internet was better off when it was the wild west and people could kinda just do and say whatever they wanted. Especially in terms of communication. As childish as those Xbox conversations can get I find it to be just as childish to say "you said a bad word I'm gonna get you suspended" or even worse "you said a bad word and I don't actually care but I'm absolutely gonna abuse the Xbox enforcement feature to get you suspended just cause I don't like you" which I'm convinced is actually the vast majority if not every time I've been banned for that. I never used to be afraid of a ban just from having a conversation before. Maybe you slip up and you just happen to be someone that sprinkles mild swearing in your speech. Then bam your banned cause you casually swore to a lobby of 27 year olds. It's definitely a softness issue and it seems like all that happens from it is people being wrongly banned mostly for things that really aren't a big deal at all.

It’s xuid spoofing and this exists on PlayStation to an extent. Same programs and foundation used; it’s 100% a ban exploit.
Through social engineering and abusing outsourced support reps you can accomplish anything.

That’s why everyone does services on PSN as far as the “modding” scene goes. It’s easier to manipulate servers data , hijack accounts, via pc etc..
Point is there are programs that basically make you the ceo of Microsoft as far as accessing developer options.

i heard there is a issue with the java version of minecraft of all things. Where you could on pc use someones xbox username and fake it on the java edition. Then you say slurs in a server the chat and report it
When you heard about a ban wave that was about GTA only because a bunch of accounts were banned from GTA specifically by rockstar, not Microsoft, in that case you can still sign in and play online on other games just not gta5

If you’re American and if there’s enough fuss or movement you can start a grass - roots movement as game companies have zero regulation; this is all violation of anti-consumer laws. Meaning you’re being denied the services or products you have consumed (paid money for)

There's a console ban exploit going around. It has something to do with Octosniff and getting someone's console IDs or something. The person who got me console banned said that much

I don't think straight up denying the possibility of a potential flaw or exploit within Xbox enforcement is the way to go with this. Especially if Microsoft claims there isn't one. Big corporations would never lie to cover their stock prices, right? Anyways, I like your content, but I just don't agree that we should just believe there isn't a possible ban method/exploit just because Xbox denies its existence.
My answer is not only influenced by what Microsoft said. Until I see some real evidence of the ban exploit, I will only view it as a thing to scare other players.

I was unfortunately a victim to this bs too but got 35 strikes w a perm ban, sad part is my account had just rolled over 20yrs tenure a few days prior and Microsoft won't do fuck all about it. 😢

so if you get a mic ban on ps5 and it mutes you because of reports. just exit the app quickly before it saves and restart the app. it doesnt save the ban and you can still continue instead of not getting commended to return to normal

Game Captures are reportable, I been hit with a strike because a snowflake didn't like seeing Niko Bellic holding a AK47
7 months ago or whatever when this exploit thing surfaced i was permanently banned coincidentally at the same time this was going around and i have no idea why to this day im still playing on a new account.(the account that got banned was my account since i was little and had for around 10+ years)
Also lost all the games i purchased just because i was gamesharing with a friend when i had got banned

I do think that the exploit itself would be real, because in ghilli's latest video (at this time) about the total number of strikes agaisnt his account being 21, with the ban most likely lasting till 2025,
Think that could be some evidence especially since, even with bots, i don't think it would be possible to even get to 21 total strikes onto one account,
Not too long ago, I made a video about someone that got banned for a year because someone spam reported their posts. It had nothing to do with an exploit so this can apply in this situation.

And I'm not sure if that particular video you would be talking about could apply to here, as it differs from making a post against someone to was, just playing a video game, and the reason was never specified in any of ghillie's bans, just said it "broke the rules"

The ban part about the xbox party tools are fake, but you can be non host and kick anyone from partys, even ones your not in. Or you can just crash any party, kicking everyone. And this exploit is unfortunately back.
Just earlier today I was watching RUclips videos on not doing anything wrong haven't been rude or inappropriate in any way tow anyone just minding my own business on RUclips than my account was randomly permanently banned now I don't know what I can do about that if they deny my appeal

I'm telling you all this because it isn't just an exploit against bigger known people, it can happen to anyone
Unfortunately, this is a case of bad reporting. First and foremost, repeating a conclusion before having heard all the arguments is counterproductive and has some "there is no war in Ba Sing Se" vibes. Secondly, a statement of the company many months ago does not necessarily apply in the present anymore, especially in the tech industry where exploits and hacks move rapidly. Lastly, at the time of the making of this video, a lot more evidence had been released, which was mentioned in the video, but not brought up. When looking through this evidence, you'd've noticed a few key points: 1) a certain person claimed to be behind this, a person who appeared in one of Ghillie's videos a while ago and seemed to have a personal grudge, 2) a group that specializes in finding and using exploits was found and contacted and claimed they could take down any Microsoft account through Minecraft through spoofed IDs.
Also: using a botnet to report accounts is in fact an exploit. Any unintentional use of tools or mechanics is an exploit.
At the time of writing however, Ghillie has been unbanned, which is most likely indicative of a false ban.
Oh and also: the GTA Online community is extremely toxic. I had gotten my game crashed, my computer crashed and once gotten a DOS attack sent to me, because I had outsmarted some cheaters in the PC version of the game. I don't use the chat features, and generally don't even participate in PVP in the game. I mostly just retaliate. This is all to say that I absolutely believe someone or some people would go to extreme lengths to "punish" a player for just being better than them, no matter how popular.

I said this on his video and I'll say it here, GTA itself is so unsafe to play that it doesn't matter what platform. I was shown on pc a website that utilizes thousands of bots to allow anyone to ruin anyones everything for free. Reports, remote sabotage etc.

Granted I've only been banned twice by this, in saying that I use to get banned every two weeks due to modding so soon as I swapped the retail console I never got banned again, also by that point stealth for rgh console got pretty good so if you played normally and didn't message anyone you straight up just didn't get banned anymore
I bought the tool off someone its a discord bot that spams any account with 5000 reports and you can keep spamming reports and than you get banned lol you can also buy blacklist meaning no one can use the tool on you for $20

Xbox enforcement is a joke nowadays. I think the strike system needs to go. Last month, I got comm banned on xbox for a week for a dumb reason that I didn't even do! I feel like xbox is going downhill even more due to getting falsely banned for dumb reasons or no reason at all. I remember when I got false banned for a year because of my activity feed but the appeal was approved, ban was lifted

This had happened to me a couple of weeks ago but it said I was PERM banned on that acc and it said because of my pfp but I had never changed the pfp it was a default pfp but had said I have never changed my pfp to Xbox enforcement and I got un perm banned but I’m only com banned

So i got banned randomly while playing r6 one time, (series x) looked at the enforcement page, told me f*ck all, so i called them and ask why, apparently i was swearing over voice chat, and i never have voice enabled for any game... lucky it was only a 1 month ban. Xbox enforcement in my mind just doesnt exsist...
Sadly to disappoint you but there is an exploit where you can get someone that you communications band without you doing anything two words that person Isaiah seen players getting false the suspended by the Microsoft enforcement team Azhar I've also been falsely suspended after encountering a hacker who could not be conventionally killed no matter what I found in GTA online as I could not conventionally defeat him alongside him turning players into kids and turn themselves into pedal bear and then chasing after you repeatedly killing players with unlimited ammo and gun mag alongside using god mode and unable to be beaten I reported the player and somebody I end up being suspended over the player who was cheating

this is yet another reason of why you shouldn't plan on buying gta 5 in the first place. (unless you were planning on it before it got bad) gta 5 basically has script kiddies that are the same as 4 chan, and lots of more bad stuff. So if anybody is planning to buy gta 5 now, I suggest staying away from gta 5 online forever, or just buy gta 4 or something. have a good day. 👍

Yesh, it was true that the exploit was going on. Obviously I an the other guy who reported this initially should have reslly clarifoed on the whole Minecraft part because at that time I didn't even know about that specifically. All I knew was Ghillie was banned for a year falsely and it was likely due to some for of exploit or something. So I send ny apologies forrhe lack of clarification on that.
