Xbox Ban Exploit on Minecraft. No, it's not a direct exploit used on Xbox as it's initiated on Minecraft, and used through Xbox via reporting/blocking other players. In shorter terms, you can spoof your name on Minecraft, spam a bunch of racial or inappropriate words, report it, and the automated reporting system of Xbox enacts enforcement on the gamertag, regardless if it was spoofed or not. A new chat feature allows spoofing of gamertags which made the ban exploit easy. Mojang (developers of Minecraft) are fixing this.
Really blows my mind, considering I never figured the Minecraft community to be like this. An Xbox Ban Exploit like this sounds like it's straight of GTA, considering the GTA community has more hackers and toxicity. But Minecraft? Would've never guessed. Xbox Enforcement is also aware of this ban exploit and are in the process of reversing bans and approving appeals submitted by the players affected by the Xbox Ban Exploit. As far as I know, no permanent suspensions were the result of the ban exploit as it was quickly handled by Xbox Enforcement. But Xbox Enforcement's automated ban system really took a toll from this exploit. It only proves that even the secret illuminati organization of Xbox Enforcement can be affected by some bored idiots on Minecraft.

As a Minecraft player i can confirm i am not jolly at all and am actually an extremely toxic asshole.
They wouldn't be turning off an Xbox, but a computer. Since it is Minecraft Java edition.
if it is a way people can cheat the system to get others banned i consider it to be a exploit as they can target any random person since it works and until its fixed it will be a exploit

Yeah don't think of the community as wholesome and fluffy because of Mojang's marketing. Doubly so after how Mojang handled adding chat reporting (which this may, may stem from, I'm not entirely sold the issue isn't in Bedrock as that has much tighter ties to the Xbox account system than Java Edition does.)
Java side of the community ranges from wholesome family's playing together on a realm to 2b2t where some of the stuff in chat and in-game, would make a COD4 sweat blush and everything in between.

Java usually means bedrock version but idk why it's called Java though I'm literally dying at the animations they're hilarious to watch 😅
java is the pc only version no console version but bedrock aka better together is for console and pc to play together
