At the ripe old age of 62 I've become a Hyundai fanboy. In the mid 70's I learned to drive in a 72 Charger with a 340 magnum and Hurst 4-speed. Spent most of my years a Dodge guy. Even owned an SRT at one point. My last two cars have been Hyundai's, and my next will be an Ionic 5 (an N if I can find one). Good luck this year. I grew up in Colorado Springs. Been to 20+ hill climbs. Can't make this one because of a golf tournament. I'll be following online though.
@@GoFast58 First one was a 2011 Sonata Limited with the 2.0 turbo. Had one issue, backup camera fixed under warranty. Put 135,000 miles on it. Currently in a 2019 Elantra Sport with 36,000 miles. 1.6 turbo with 7-speed dual clutch. Haven't had a single issue with it.
I absolutely loved my 2002 Sonata, put 205K on it before it was totaled in 2010, and I am absolutely in love with my 2021 Sonata N-line now. I hope to surpass that mileage mark on this one. Excited to see where this Ioniq line goes from here and this N package is just bonkers!
I have a Kona N, and I had a visceral reaction at 4:10 when the ESC/Collision alarm goes off - I felt myself tense up, and I had to look around (my basement office) to realize what I was reacting to! PS: Good job bringing @roncar in - great enthusiast and ambassador for N.
What have Hyundai done?! Never have I been so anxious to see the next episode of an automobile manufacturer's marketing video. This coming from a guy that takes his 911 on canyon runs and have been a lifetime German car driver. Voodoo magic. Good job Hyundai.

@@BhutJolokias Thanks for telling. Hopefully your elantra is just as reliable as your sonata!

BRING ON THE MOUNTAIN!!!
I5N!... Go beat tesla plaid.😊
On track you meant, mate?
The only thing the plaid is good at is the straight line speed. No one is racing with the plaid for a reason
...aaaaand it did.
Can you please share what tire and brake setup you chose to go with?
Hyundai Kia are the new Toyota Honda. Hyundai Kia are light years ahead of BMW BENZ and AUDI

When is the event ya?
Sunday June 23rd!
The IONIQ 5 is a nice looking car. Too bad it’s an EV. I would buy a gas powered N model in a heartbeat.
Well that was a load of not much. Have a look at Misha around the ring.
Thanks for leaving out that terrible brand tone at the end.
