    This is the first part to Fraser's Wishbone framed, Evo powered chopper!
    This is a frame I have fabricated from scratch, loosely based on panhead specs but modified to fit this Evo engine. I have married it up with a ratchet top 4 speed trans and 1.5inch bent drive set up.
    In this video I completely assemble this bike from painted tins to a complete roller.
    In the next video I will completely go through it and finish it off to a running riding condition. This will mean fabricating a complete SS exhaust, fabricating a flatbar sissy bar, completely wiring it up and then the fun part. The test rides.

    There's a guy on Instagram from here in America who is casting new axle plates, and every other casting piece that is on the old wishbone frames so you can basically build your own frame that's got everything the original frames have..

      Yes I've seen a few people doing that now! Very pricey unfortunately hence why I do the laser cut plates!

    lay the motor on its side then put the frame around it put bolts in and stand it up

    Nice work, looks just like the one i have plans to build, i'm also using a 1340 from a softail, if by any chance you build another frame in the future, could you make a vid on that process? it would be a interesting watch.. 👍

    With the motor being super tight like that, can you pull the valve covers off without pulling the engine?
