Ideea e sa fie capabili sa controleze miscarile asa cum vor ei. De asta si exercitiile.
The video is great and well explained! The only change I would make is to be able to see all of your legs as this would help me to know if I'm doing it correctly
@@MariusElenaBachata hi! ;) I means for knees, heels and feet. ;) that look weird a bit maybe... But this is for a very general "isolation" of intire body before to go in action. To prepare those legs too. ;) you've so much ideas about isolation!! You impress me! ;)
You do a great job with the videos. I just want to make a suggestion. It's great when you demonstrate what your teaching by incorporating it in with salsa steps like you did in the last video.
Great videos! Would love to see videos on 1) women's styling moves when dancing 2) for women, how to follow a guy's lead. With so many moves and when dancing with someone new, how do you know what to do to follow when things change split second?
@@MariusElenaBachata It would be so useful since sometimes if you're a beginner/intermediate dancer and don't know too many moves, it feels like you're fumbling around the dance floor when a guy tries some move and we don't know it or we think it's another move and not sure how to follow. Keep up the wonderful work, enjoy your simple and straight forward teaching style 😊
Here and in the shoulders tutorials you actually are specifying which muscles to use (with respect to my comment on the chest movement tutorial). Oh well, never mind then. ^^
This video was very helpful but I think it would have been more useful if you showed your whole body including your feet and legs when doing hip exercises. Thank you again for the video.
