@Charls Williams I’m sorry for your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mr Mason and thats how i passed My real estate exam.
I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mr Mason am really grateful.
You are the best ever. I just started watching your webinars and I have learn so much more from you then my instructor. Hands down❤I’m going to take my test over for again on this coming Saturday. I fail it by 7 points. I got an 70 on the test which I did pass but for the date it’s a fail. I felt good about the 70 but I know I’m almost there to becoming an real estate sales agent. I’m so excited and I’m not going to give up. I like how you talk about reading the question very slowly. Also if you don’t know the question skip it and go back to it later, but answer all the questions that you know. Thank you so much and please pray for me. By the way I’m from NJ. Take care!
OMG THIS IS AMAZINGGGG. you explained everything so perfectly especially the secondary Market, my brain exploded in all the best ways possible I could cry
So glad! Spread the word, share my channel. The more people that are here, the more I get to focus on making more content for you, and future people getting into the industry :)

I’ve been listening to this channel a ton as I prepare to take my exam. Thank you for explaining and breaking it down. It’s very helpful..Do you have any videos that are PA state specific..?
@11:26 makes so much sense because when people do pass and they telling you 6-7hrs I’m like whoahhh I’m a mother of a toddler and worker I understand when in business you can put those types of hours in but to study I would be the one to over-process like you mentioned
I just wanted to express my thanks and gratitude for these videos. I listened to these on my way to take my exam this past Friday and I passed. I'm so "whatchamacallit", excited.
Love it!!!!! Lol congrats! Share my info with others who are trying to pass. We have a Facebook group and are going to start a new group for agent training, and a lot more! So join the Facebook community and stay tuned in on this channel.
You have to mix all the videos with all the book chapters, then one again, then the other. Pick a video for a section of the book that you aren't clear on.
I agree 100%....videos alone won't help you pass. We make these to supplement the learning that should already be happening (at home, and in the classroom). Learning the concepts is what you need to do, and videos are a part of that learning for some people. Also it's important to keep in mind, everyone learns different. Some are more auditory, some are visual, and others more hands on. For some this might not even be something that should be incorporated into their learning at all. Learning is an individual journey.
I was a Realtor a few years ago and failed my first time. I think nerves got in the way. I got sick then lost my hubby so I’m doing it again. Many prayers from one Texan to another ❤️
I was getting 99% on all practice exams and still failed. I really do feel like i know every detail and vocab word but truly you just need the general ideas to solve the intricacies of the questions. Example: Not Voidable: means void no matter what so you have to look at the 4 questions and see which one violates the "CLOC" Acronym. Voidable means you have the choice to still go through with it or not. Even with a gun to your head (duress) you still have the option to void or not void it.

Hi..there is a question...when can a salesperson put the sign for sale on a property?and if in the misrepresent in closure...and who is responsible to fix it and how..?...
@@realestatestu Hey Stu! Just wanted to say thank you for everything. I passed my exam yesterday and genuinely really pleased with what prep agent had to offer. I appreciate you.
@1:40 I don't agree. I believe that if it is illegal for a minor to enter into a contract to purchase real estate then the minor is not a competent party. If you don't have a competent party then the real estate contract would be VOID not voidable.
If it is illegal for a minor to enter into a contract the legal objective of the contract would not be met. That is what would make it void. The fact that they are a minor does not speak to competency of the party. One could be competent, and a minor.
Nah, once the history of that run down area is revitalized vs ERASED, THAT'S when the area is better. We don't drink Jamba juice or Lulu lemon. We drink Faygo 😂😂😂😂😂 but back to topic 📝📝

Thank you, you helped me pass! I should have taken it in March but delayed it due to COVID.

You can't pass the test just by listening to videos
