If you got a felony don’t stop it stop you. You just can’t be picky just take it and get your time in. Don’t worry about the pay. The pay will come with the time. Once you find it stay at least 3 months and move on to the next that’s gonna pay you more.
Don’t give up. I started trucking in 2020 off a felony from 2018. I applied to about 15 places and I got on with western express. Did 3 months there and moved on to bigger places
@deionmcginty2393 have u ever did flatbed i thinks that's were the money is but it requires alot of physical work especially tarping and sometimes u have to use chains I thought it was only the straps on the truck you use until dropped by TMC in Columbia SC and spoke to a driver in the yard .. tarping standing on the top of the truck I can just imagine doing that during winter months..the driver hsd let me pick up a folded tarp from off his truck drop it to the ground and pick it back up ..that shit got some weight to it he said it's heavier in the winter when it's frozen 😆 🤣 I'm 55 I'm to old of a rookie to start out doing that type of physical labor at my age no wonder they pay more for that
Be careful bro you want to atleast drive with them for a year or so. Don’t job hop with a cdl these mfs will find anything to not hire you. Some people get lucky.

No they start paying you the day you get your CDL

How far do they go back 7-10 years
They say 7 years but mine was older and it still showed up in the report
