      my waist became straight as hell from doing chloe ting and pamela reif workouts but still I'm grateful for losing so much weight from them.

      Tips for losing your stable weight :
      Intensity is important. You need to make an effort to keep up the intensity.
      Don’t stick with the same workout routine. Change your routine every 1-2 months.
      And exercise regularly!! Just keep going! 🔥🔥🔥 Hope this helps! 😃👍
