Japan also didn’t get the pecharunt etb promo
I’m assuming part of this is playability. Terastral festival has a bunch of playable ex and pulling one of these…less than playable ex cards would feel bad
Man the promo packs for Terrastal Festival are going to be wild.I wonder if the eeeve etb promo we will get will appear in those promo packs too.
Did Japan ever get alt art charizard VMAX from the UPC?
