I freaking love 80's British comedy, those guys were hilarious. Thomas McRocklin is an amazing guitarist to this day I follow him on the RUclipss and remember when he played with Vai and Bad 4 Good.
Can't believe i have eventually found this, after searching online for it, on and off, over the last ten years! Thank you so much, for posting this!!! I actually saw this when it went out on that long ago Saturday night. I had already read about Thomas, but nothing could prepare me for this! I was stunned. And, y'know what, having just seen it again for the first time in over 25 years (although, i am fully aware of the stuff he did in the interim period)... I am STILL stunned!! Thomas needs to come out of hiding, and show the world what he can do now. Thomas, you were meant to be the next incredibly big thing. It's not too late, y'know... \m/ (:o)
Well we need another great guitarist to replace the ones that we have lost over the last few years... this is it..brilliant stuff and make it happen 👍👍👍

The little boy is good guitarist but his Hey Joe sounded terrible, it was the wrong song for him to play, he needed some Ozzy or something to complement his style of playing.
I remember seeing this dude in some vintage guitar mags for an Ibanez Ad, thought I'd look him up. Pretty impressive for a 10 year old and playing a 25.5" scale length axe while being almost as big as the guitar itself LOL

But there's not a time I picked a guitar up that I wished I had started sooner
