After the plane lands, some of them go onto the forest, there’s gunshots and they start running. What was cut was that they killed the Spinosaurs baby and it’s mother, which is why it’s constantly seeking revenge.

I can explain that about Sam Jackson not being shot in Jurassic Park one. During the time of the shooting scrip, he was supposed to have a scene, but it got cut because there was a real hurricane storm during the time the movie was being edited and recorded and because of the storm it knock out few days behind of schedule of getting the move out on the release date on time, so they had to shorted the film out and Jackson wasn't there at the given time, he wasn't able to make it or that's what I heard from others who looked into why he he didn't get a scene.

The GOAT for this movie is Mr. Kirby. He's shown to be a cowardly and pretty meek character, but in the end, he risks dying either by Spino or falling to distract the Spino long enough for Grant to get the flare gun. Udesky is the runner-up. The man wasn't even a trained mercenary but he still came to help the Kirbys find their son. Billy is the worst to me. They never bring up the fact that Udesky only died because Billy stole the eggs. Sure the raptors would have still gone after them but they might not have been as persistent.

The original Jurassic Park was my favorite movie (along with Ninja Turtles the movie lol) when I was a kid. I was 5 and got the VHS. Watched it all the time.
When I was 7 my family and I went to the drive-in theater to see The Lost World. It was awesome!
EDIT: Also, my guy. Don't get so hung up on events that happened off screen. There's visual storytelling that lets you know that Ben met a grim fate without showing his death.
And while there was a death scene planned for Sam Jackson originally, the Hurricane that hit the island sort of sabotaged the shoot. But in the end, the suspense is much higher in the film BECAUSE you don't know what happpened to him. And the shock of the "arm gag" is much more impactful.

It came out when I was 10 which is when I saw it, but I “think” I recall seeing the 2nd movie in theaters which was when I was 6. People don’t like this one because they think it’s sillier with one of the main quotes reasons being the raptor dream on the plane. Many people also don’t tend to like the parents or any of the new characters really, think the kid surviving on his own for so long was too unrealistic, etc. I get all that, but I still like it way better than the 2nd one as I don’t like anything about it while this one remains somewhat entertaining.

When the third came out I was still too young to get why I didn’t find it as good as the others, but I just knew it wasn’t in the same caliber or tier. To answer the question of why JP3 wasn't well recieved for a long time: it basically went through development hell and had *several* rewrites *even during filming*. Like actors were recieving completely redone scripts on a day to day basis at some points, and the quality of the movie suffered for it. It also had a bunch of technical issues, like the reason the T. rex VS Spinosaurus fight was so short was because they misjudged the strength of the newer Spino animatronic compared to the older rex one and when they were testing out the initial idea for the scene the rex's head got ripped off so they had to do the much shorter scene that ended in the neck snap.

I love the Jurassic Park franchise and know too much about it. This is confirmed that the thing that killed the people on the boat was the Spinosaurus.
The first two movies are mostly based off books by Michael Crichton, who was close friends with Steven Spielberg. If you want a good horror read, I suggest reading the books because they are way more terrifying than any of the movies. When Jurassic Park, the movie and book came out, science was not as developed as it is now to understand dinosaurs. A lot of what Michael Crichton created in his novel like T-Rex vision is based off movement and that Dilophosaurus have fans was either made up or based off scientific research at the time.
Also T-Money or as the fan base call her Rexy from the first movie will make an appearance in the Jurassic World Movies.
I love these movies so much and I love seeing your reactions. Have fun watching the other movies!!!

the thing about the t-rex not being able to see you if you don't move is probably based on the idea that they can't distinguish between living creatures (prey) and inanimate objects (not prey) if the creature doesn't move, which would result in their vision being movement-based. however, it's still a theory full of loopholes because even if they can't "see" you, if they're close enough they can still smell you. so technically in the first movie the t-rex would've smelled grant and the girl's presence by the car even if they didn't move and would've just... well, eaten them :) it's probably what happened here with the carnotaurus as well, their smell was covered by the giant piles of poop to the point the carnotaurus couldn't see/smell them anymore.

    • @gothicbutterfly013
      @gothicbutterfly013 5 месяцев назад

Yea, it was a theory at the time (and obviously Grant agreed with it), but in later parts of the series it was revealed to be false (including with the original JP rex as well, in Camp Cretaceous).

Sam jacksons death scene was set up and ready to shoot but the weather and high winds screwed up the location so it was done offscreen but to my knowledge its written as him entering the bunker and it was so dark he couldnt see so he took off his shoe and let it hold the door open just enough for him to see the generators as he was going down the steps he hears purring and he turns around and sees the silhouette of the raptor smelling his shoe and then looks down on him locking eyes with arnold and while its snarling and drooling the raptor is having a trouble figuring out how to step down the stairs. Thinking hes safe sam jackson turns around and starts walking to the generators and then after taking a few steps in the generator room he hears a loud thud behind him and the raptor is there and again looking eyes with jackson. Spooked jackson tries to run to the generators and cant find a place to hide so he tries to squeeze in behind the generators and half his body is stuck from the panic and before he could get to safety hes picked up by the raptor like Joffrey was in the beginning of the film the raptor tears off a leg and then his arm and u hear sam jackson screaming and gurguling as u see in shadows sam jackson being ripped apart and being eaten alive and the camera pans out as it zooms out from outside the shed with the other two raptors moving through the brush. Later on when ellie finds sam jacksons arm she trips over his bitten off leg thats why shes limping and running sideways when shes running away from the raptor before she bolts it up the stairs on pure adrenaline and limps out of the bunker. U can rewatch the scene and add that in your mind its much much scarier. Yes its scripted and the prosthetics were made but a fan bought them some time ago

T-Rex and Spinosaurus were both massive predatory dinosaurs that lived during the late Cretaceous period, but they lived in different regions and at different times. T-Rex lived in North America about 68 to 66 million years ago, while Spinosaurus lived in what is now North Africa around 100 to 93 million years ago.
T-Rex was one of the largest carnivorous dinosaurs, measuring up to 12.3 meters in length and weighing up to 9 tons. Spinosaurus, on the other hand, was even larger, reaching up to 18 meters in length and weighing up to 20 tons. This makes Spinosaurus the largest known carnivorous dinosaur.
While there is no direct evidence of a battle between T-Rex and Spinosaurus, some scientists believe that Spinosaurus may have been a better swimmer than T-Rex, as it had adaptations for aquatic life, including a long, narrow snout and paddle-like feet. The Spinosaurus has 64 straight, conical teeth and a mouth that was similar to a crocodile. However, its bite power was 19,000 N, and that is nothing compared to the T-Rex. The T-Rex had immensely powerful jaws that allowed the dinosaur to exert upwards of 57,000 N of power on a bite. Moreover, the T-Rex had teeth up to 12 inches long while the Spinosaurus had a few teeth that measured perhaps 6 inches. The T-Rex was made to hunt and kill with its powerful bite, but the Spinosaurus seems better suited to catching fish.
The T-Rex gets the biting advantage. The T-Rex gets the benefit of having many very detailed fossilized remains, so we know it had an amazing sense of smell, vision, and hearing. However, we don’t have as much information about Spinosaurus, but it looks like it had good vision and a poor sense of smell. Not much is known about its hearing. T-Rex vs Spinosaurus: Predatory Behaviors
The T-Rex would smell, see, or hear prey and then pursue it until they managed to kill it. Their methods were straightforward but very effective. Spinosaurus could have been a pursuit predator, but it could also be an ambush predator, seeking prey in the water or near the water’s edge. The Spinosaurus was heavier, taller, and longer than the T-Rex, but the latter’s bite was far more powerful. The Spinosaurus was also believed to be semi-aquatic, but the T-Rex lived solely on land. Lastly, the T-Rex was far more intelligent than the Spinosaurus and had more acute senses. In a T-Rex vs Spinosaurus fight, the T-Rex would come away victorious. The Spinosaurus does have the benefit of being able to ambush a T-Rex at the edge of the water, and that might be the lone scenario where the T-Rex loses. It would still be hard to pull off given the T-Rex’s amazing senses.
Yet, the T-Rex had a massive neck that the Spinosaurus wasn’t going to break with its bite power. The T-Rex could thrash free and clamp down on the Spinosaurus. With all that power and the 12-inch teeth, the most likely outcome is that the T-Rex kills Spinosaurus.
In fact, using its high intellect, senses, powerful legs to prevent getting toppled, and tremendous bite, the T-Rex would come into this fight underweight, but it would still have the power to do fatal damage to the other dinosaur. That is where the Spinosaurus comes up short.
Velociraptor was probably a pack hunter, which would have allowed it to attack prey much larger than itself. It also had a very large brain relative to its size - it was one of the smartest dinosaurs. It was very light and very fast, believed to be capable of sprinting at speeds of 40 miles per hour. What was the most intelligent dinosaur?
Smartest dinosaur ever - AZ Animals
Troodon is believed to be the smartest dinosaur ever, with an EQ of 5.8. This small coelurosaurian dinosaur (similar evolutionary group to modern birds) had a huge brain, especially considering its size, making it the smartest among dinosaurs. How much IQ does a Velociraptor have?
Did you know that the Velociraptor has an I.Q. of 0.20 wh...
The Velociraptor has an I.Q. of 0.20 which is about the same as an Ostrich. The Velociraptor depended on their speed to hunt. Velociraptors ate anything from small sized lizards to medium sized hadrosaurids (duckbills). Velociraptors had hollow boned like modern day birds.

I've seen dead people that I don't even know in my dreams. I've heard news of schoolmates dying, bitten by snakes and it felt real.. And I had my first and so far only sleep paralysis experience like a year or so ago. Ever since we moved to our new place in September I haven't had alot of dreams and I'm not sure why. first of all the guys on the boat was eaten by spinny it has free rein of the island and it can swim just cause you see it break through one fence also means no fence's can stop it so thats my guess on that
happy birthday aunty hope its been very good and enjoy the rest of the day with your feet up and having brian wait on you
and i would sooner face a raptor than a t-rex at least you can kick a raptor in the head

Okay, so here's a bit of info: It's implied that the Spino was the one that ate the guys on the boat in the beginning of the movie.
Now I can only go based on my own feelings and here are my reasons why I do not like the Third film.
One, they changed Alan Grant and made him a bitter curmudgeon, and that's just not okay. The line "What Hammond and Ingen did was create Theme Park Monsters" is such BS. Also, breaking Him and Ellie up was stupid.
Two, The Trex and Spino fight is just bad. It's too short for one, and it completely disrespects what was arguably the series Mascot character and Icon of the franchise. The reasons behind this are also very weak. Firstly, Kathleen Kenedy was big on trying to make the third movie "Bigger" than the other two. Her multiple making of interviews show she was more interested in the film Having Style over Substance.
Secondly, the Paleontological "Expert"/Consultant for this movie is a man named Jack Horner. At the time, Jack was one of a minority of Paleontologists fighting to remove the Trex from its status as an Apex Predator of the late Cretatious and instead being depicted as a Lowely scavenger. He was the one who put forward the idea of a "bigger" predator killing a rex. This leads to the final part of the fight being BS. As we know now and during the time of the film's creation The Trex had the Strongest Bite Force of any Land predator OF ALL Time. With an estimated 57,000 Newtons of Force being applied by its back teeth, even a seriously downplayed Trex Should have snapped the Spinos neck when it bit down on it in the film.
Thirdly and my last reason for disliking this movie, is that its production was a shit show. A common joke amongst the cast and crew was that for a Wrap Party, the gift they would all receive was a Finished Script. John Johnston, the director of the film, admitted that they never had a finished script when they wrapped principal photography. I remember reading in an article the movie went through 23 separate iterations before they finished filming. So we have a film with massive unanswered questions, a weirdly rushed pace, no clear direction, and a rushed "happy" ending with even clearly supposed to be dead Billy somehow surviving. I especially find a sour taste in my mouth for this film when you consider some of the other Story treatments for what the Third movie Could have been.
My Favorite being a story in which a group of young Paleontologists and Ellie travel to Isla Sorna to Look for Dr Grant who hasn't been heard from in a while. When they arrive, they go to his TreeHouse Observation base/laboratory and find it torn apart by something with claws and Alan's Field Journal with the last few pages torn out. The story would the follow the team retracing his steps in the journal to try and find him. They would come across a lot of stuff left out of the Original First Film and material from the two books, Like Camoflauging Dinosaurs and an Illegal Biosyn Laboratory being run by Dodgson, the Company/guy from the first movie who paid Nedry to steal the Embryos and operated by Henry Wu the Lead Genetisit from the first movie. It would be explained that after the "San Diego" incident, a law called the Gene Guard Act was passed, strictly outlawing the manipulation or unextincting of extinct animals. Here, we find out that Biosyn was making hybrid dinosaurs and other animals to sell on the black market, with spinosaurs being one of these manipulated hybrids. The team would then find Grant held captive by Biosyn because he found out what they were doing and wrote the evidence down in his journal before tearing out the last pages. We learn that Biosyn had Raptors fitted with control collars, and that's how they found Grant. A big rescue would happen with the team fleeing Biosyn on quads and dirt bikes being chased by the controlled raptors before having a big confrontation with the Spino, Trex, and the raptors near the docks where the team had their boat stationed. There would have been a big fight. Dodgson would be eaten by the raptors after their control collars were broken in the battle between the Spino and Rex, and the team would escape on the boat; the last thing we would see would be Henry Wu escaping in an InGen Helicopter with a container full of Embryos Hinting at a Possible Sequal.
We could have had that movie, which would have been 1000 times better, but ego, ambition, lack of planning, and a severe lack of foresight gave us the film we got, which, after all of the Other Jurassic Films, is the lowest box office grossing one in the franchise and the reason the series went dormant for 13 years Dispite Speilberg wanting to come back to the franchise. All this to say if you Liked the movie I really have nothing against you. People are allowed to like what they like, Movies, Like All Art are inherently Subjective and what one person enjoys or considers fine art another person will look at and called Garbage. The important part is to remember that a persons like or dislike on anyone thing is not an inherent accounting of their Value or depth as a Person. Life is too short and I choose to let people like what they like.

Its a shame the writers didn't have the raptors scuffle with the Spino. This one could have had anything happen in it. They kinda dropped the ball plot wise but definitely needed something other than raptors leading the show. 😕 But for a 10 yr old Bday it was pretty entertaining.

Reason y (Bertha) or Rexy couldn't see Dr.Grant:
    In both the book and
the movie it is discussed that the geneticists were
unable to replicate a full dna strand of the dinosaurs
from the amber, so they had to splice it together
with dna of other, extant, animals. The main group
of animals they picked were amphibians The T. Rex inherited this trait from whatever
amphibian it's dna is spliced with.(frog or toads)
    But yea movie purposes lol
I enjoy your vids homie they make me chuckle 👍🏾

I’ve liked all the Jurassic movies. Of the first three the 2nd one was actually my least fave bc I missed having Allen and Ellie in it and also having the TRex in the city felt too Godzilla for me, staying on the island makes it feel more like the original. Of the new films I like Jurassic World Dominion bc they bring back all three of the og cast and they fix the bad decision of Ellie being with a guy that wasn’t Allen. Enjoy your reactions and Happy B day to TiTi. Blessings!

I grew up with & find all the Jurassic Park & Jurassic Worlds entertaining. But this one is the worst of them for me. Don’t get me wrong, if it’s on TV I’ll usually watch it. But a lot of the acting in this is irritating, & my biggest problem is most the dinosaurs in it look so fake to me in comparison to the first two.

"They didn't even give me the decency of seeing Sam Jackson did on screen."
Well, they did have his death scene planned but it was being shot towards the end of development and it ended up not happening because a storm wrecked everything. There's even a fake leg also alongside the arm that was made for the scene.
And I "weren't freaking" with this one because it's bad. The second was already pretty mixed to me, but the third one, God. The constant calling for the son from the couple, the utter garbage CGI at times compared to how real it looked in the first two movies, the level of hokiness to it. Everything about it was just so much worse than the other two. It felt like a sci-fi channel movie by comparison. Which makes sense, it went through hell in development and the script was thrown out and redone a few weeks before shooting.
