Small clarification on TP farming, you don't need to ensure that infernal concussion (IC) is cast twice. You need to ensure that the first hit of your IC cast is not 1-shotting before the 2nd hit of the same cast is able to kill it. As long as the 2nd hit of IC is the one that actually kills the mobs here, you should be able to get enough DF to continue TP farming.
