The beautiful song to this medation music was making me pretty relaxed and i was getting sleepy a little as I was listening to this for a few minutes I got so much problems going on I'm healing narcissistic emotional bullying abuse I've gained P.T.S.D flashback symptoms and nightmares I'm emotionally exhausted a lot but with exercising so much I'm mentally tough but physically to spiritual strong I've endured trumaatic demonic attacks from jealous people who betrayed me tricked me into being my friends and used me a lot I suffered so much turmoil I'm tired as I'm healing from burn outs. My head ain't right but I know with support i'mma make it I surivived from bullying at a work place I overcame battling excuricating pains and more it's hard being a warrior but it takes so much courage and practice to do...I love this music this is deep within the soul when it's damaged thanks for this is calming my spirit down and reminding me to keep my head up no matter who puts me down,and to walk away from idiots who aren't worth my time.
@maijag5259 thanks for the heart of love I appreciate it times were hard for me and beefing with toxic crazy ass people was a huge battle for me at a work place but I'm making it everyday I'm trying to hang in there and do what I gotta do to be successful but proactive...I've had enough nightmares and some these relaxing songs make me sleepy when I feel it relaxing my nerves through medation at times.
