The main tools that pushed me forward were holotropic breathwork, meditation, psychedelics, therapy, system settings, radical forgiveness, working with beliefs... Please take care of your safety while trying each of these methods. They help but can also harm if you do them without taking care of yourself.

Experience and Learning are part of the Hard Times you have to go through before All This Happiness is rewarded... I prefer Wisdom & Value Fulfillment than "happiness"... I too became anew this year, don’t give up. I now see images in mediation, I feel deeper, I know more without such needs of expression. I’m growing in selflessness and I see the significance in my words when I speak. I stopped wasting my energy on words and vibrations that don’t serve. Never give up!
