" I remember it like it was yesterday, very vividly too.. The day i decided to walk the path my dad did. Even tho i was only 7 at this point, i had made up my mind, seeing the X2, the KaijuBuster-Unit my dad commandeered together with his brother, my uncle. I stood right outside of our house, at the edge of the street, right in front of the entire city. A sight i've seen and awed so many times in my life, yet it never ceased to amaze me.. Watching the X2 slowly rising from the underground bunker, it was maintained in.. Just before it turned around to face god knows what, it just.. Stopped. I'm pretty sure it looked directly at me, even tho my friends would later argue that the X2 just scanned the borders in order to make sure no other threats were about to loom over the city.. But i just know it. It looked straight at me - What felt like minutes must have been mere moments but still. For some reason i still wonder, thinking back to this very moment. Did he knew? My dad, i mean. The uncertainty ist the worst, honestly. But if he knew, why didn't he say anything? Not even to mom? Maybe he was suspecting something, maybe. Maybe he didn't want to make us feel uncomfortable because he only had a feeling? He's always been the silent type, really.. So i guess that could make sense? I pondered about that short moment in time, activating the power-core of the X3-Unit, with the flip of a switch, which i commandeered all by myself. The massive Kaiju-Buster came to life in mere moments as the hulking elevator lifted it up to the overworld. Just then, right before i was about to start that difficult mission i was assigned, my finger hovering over the rocket-engine button.. I turned the X3 around to look back at my house, where my beautiful wife and my son were hopefully still sleeping in.. The X3 dutifully went through some check-ups and scans, as was custom, in order to make sure nothing was approaching the city. One last look at my Home and i was certain the city would be safe for the moment. I turned the X3 around and a sudden certainty spread through my entire being.. This was not how my story was going to end.. This was how it began. "

The young Heiress would press forth through the country, fighting off the curse as it tormented her in the guise of love and affection, honesty and integrity. And so she found the fury in her Heart. Had it always been there, or was it bestowed within her lungs for this trial alone, she did not know. What she did know, however, was that this newly found voice, a crippling scream, had the power to extinguish this darkness and bring forth that old and trusted ally she called Light.
