- HI Guys, This is the Shark Matrix™ Self-Empty Robot Vacuum and there are 3 versions of them (Shark MODEL AV2501S, RV2310AE, AV2511AE) I have tested it and ran the Shark on multiple tests. Shark has greatly improved their app recently and it responds much better to LIDAR than previous generations. Is it better than iRobot?

The Costco version, UR2360S so far is the best, Sam's Club version UR2350AE is the second.
Series 2400, model RV2400WS is exclusively for Walmart. UR2450WD for Sam's Club that is better than the RV2410WD, RV2401WD, RV2402WD
I have the Matrix and am totally happy so far. It’s only been a week but it picked up way more cat hair than I thought it would. My house looks clean but the bin always has more cat hair after every use. I’ve been running 1 or 2 times a day.
I plan to buy this robot vacuum to replace my Roborock S6 Max-V, I've had the Roborock for about 3 years now, it still works fine but I never use the mop function, so I'm buying this one. Plus this one empties itself, that sounds fantastic. A little extra noise won't bother me as long as it will clean my hardwood floors well, I don't plan to use this on my carpets. Am I making a mistake switching from the Roborock S6 Max-V to the Shark Matrix?

Which to choose between Matrix and AI Ultra? They seem almost the same, so confused! AI Ultra is on sale for $299 while Matrix is $399.
What does green and blue mean for the light indicator on the self-emptying base?
I have this unit and green means its in standby and blue means its charging. When you first get it make sure the LED is blue so you know its charging and follow the instructions on space clearance around the base. The 3 LED's on the unit will move when charging and all 3 remain steady when completely charged while the blue LED shows. They will also show you what mode the unit is in while in motion.
I bought a Shark Matrix without the fancy base and hated it. The battery didn't even last long enough to finish my bedroom, and the app wouldn't tell you if it was done or just back at the base charging to go out again.

Please add Stair Detection. How did it do with Stair Detection?
It cannot go up or down but detects stairs and ledges well.
What shark model works best on wood/hard floors?
The Shark UR2360S is so far the best. This model is exclusively for the Costco.
UR2360AE is for the Sam's club come with the biggest self empty base.
Can you review the new Eureka e10s?
It's bad
You’ll all use this for a few months, fall in love with it. Then, it loses connectivity to your wi-fi, even though nothing changed. You can update the app; delete/reinstall the app; add a new robot; turn off your router/phone/home power (jk on that one). And, it simply will not connect. And you’ll spend hours just thinking “just this tweak” and that will do it. Wrong. A pretty expensive investment with no solution.
I'm using SHARK MATRIX! and I don't like it! I'm now considering to get a different one

Sharks the best. Ill support an American company over a chinese company like dreame or roborock.
Roborock is still king of robot vacuums. Had a shark and the obstacle avoidance was garbage.
Shark less than $300 on sale which is much less than my roborock e5 (not good) . s7 ( good not great) , s8 pro is very good. Yes the roborocks overall are very good though.
@@TheFrenchGlow I bought the shark early this year and returned it because it would always get stuck. Beats the purpose for me then. ALMOST caved in and got the new shark matrix especially, yes, with shark being more affordable. I ended up getting the Roborock S7MAX and so far it’s been flawless.
