I like your video very much, Lorrie Popow. It would be easier to watch and listen to if there wasn't so much background noise. Not sure what you could do about that considering the place the video's being shot, but that's something to consider for the future.
Sorry, N. L. King this is just a nice demo that is shared for the large number of folks watching at an event. It's not a professional video, but one for the attendees to come back to to refresh their memories if need be.
+TwinkieHeart You are probably right, however it wasn't just a video being filmed, it was a demo for many people interested in the materials being used and the technique being used.
+Lorrie Popow i know, I'm not trying to be rude just some honest feedback. i watched two other videos with that technique that were only a couple minutes long.
+TwinkieHeart Yes, you are probably right, but again this was a demo with interested folks asking interesting questions about the materials and techniques. These questions took time and were edited, but it was decided that others might have the same questions, so the showing and answers were left in, and yes this has made this video longer than others you may have seen. Thank you for watching and for your input.
I thought the length was awesome. I saw a 30 sec gif and it shared nothing about how to get the right fabric, wetting the fabric, why, wrapping, etc. This much better.
I appreciated your video and your thoroughness to detail. Thanks!
+magnifi eight Thank you for watching the video. Valerie took her time during a demo to show and answer questions. We appreciate your kindness.
Thank you for your video, its now bookmarked for this Easter!

Lorrie Popow Thanks Lorrie - I wasn't familiar with the silk tie dye technique. It is a really nice video and I shared it on You Tube.
Thank you for watching the video.
Fantastic video! Thank you for taking the time to put this together.
I know it's kind of randomly asking but does anybody know of a good place to watch newly released series online?
@Maddux Princeton Flixportal
@Ira Ralph thanks, I went there and it seems like a nice service =) I appreciate it !!
@Maddux Princeton glad I could help :D
Try thrift stores for silk ties. Check the tag for 100% silk. Collect through out the year. I found one with Korbel on it, should be fun to use.
Was not sure when and where to add or how much to add of vinegar- help!!
will this work on wooden eggs? if not Is there a way to dye wooden or other types of eggs
Bill I'm sure you can dye wooden eggs, but I wouldn't think the colors would come out bright as they do on real eggshells.
Can you use white artificial eggs?
Like!
How much vinegar to how much water?
I would need to watch the video to see what the demonstrator had demonstrated and recommended.
can this be done with plastic Eggs
Hi Pat, I don't know if the plastic eggs would hold up in the boiling water.
Can you use fake eggs?
I never have, but one could always try.
this video could've been done in less than a minute, it's wayyy too long 😕
