What I learnt from this video and I can relate to my personal life:
I play football in Poland, in some matches I am playing really bad because I just want to score and I just want my team mates to think good of me. That should not be any of my business. Instead, I should focus on what I have to do in that moment. I should be fully immersed in the match, take risks, think big and never set any limitations on me.
I need to be fully present in the moment like a kid is when he goes to a waterpark. Fully devoted to the moment!
    Thanks Sadhguru ❤️

Plying football was your objective and not winning or loosing it 💫But when you remain dedicated to play, you remain involved in the process,so you WIN even though you loose the game 💫✨ It's the TRUE spirit of sportsmanship 💫💫

I am currently reading Srimad Bhagvad Gita. I have completed 7 Adhyays till now. When I read the verse when Sri Krishna said don't get attached to the fruitive results of your work. The same doubts arrived in my mind that how can one work without thinking of results? But now after see this video. I understood that you have to work with devotion and not with getting attached with the results. Hare Krishna 🙏🏻🕉

    My learnings:
🌟 If I have one eye on the goal, then I only have one eye to find my way.
    *That's is inefficient*
🌟 In a battle field, if I am inefficient I will only get *death*
🌟 Only if I am committed to the process, I can do something *significant*
I learnt that in the battle field called *LIFE*, I need to be committed to the process. The result will come as a consequence, I shouldn't be focused on it. His masterplan will never go wrong, knowing the result may *freak me* as quoted by Sadhguru.
I should have faith and continue to being committed to the process.

You touch the lives of people and they live better lived in which has a ripple affect.
You may not see it but it is there.
People remember how you make them feel.
Have joy in the process not just arriving at the goal.
    Enjoy the journey.

All I’ve done is dialed up my involvement in my work in other words- I’ve invested in the process of my work. My observation for last two decades is that I’ve got results that I’ve never thought i could do. So, what lord Krishna says is highly effective in my opinion. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

In fact, everything is extremely simple.. How do we know what is right or wrong? We just know it, the truth is constantly living in us. How do we know that killing is wrong, betrayal is wrong, deception is wrong... etc.etc.etc..? We just know it.
And. How did I feel that there is something seeming, something wrong, fallacious in this men? I don't know how, but I simply know it.

Working without expectations or results allows one to give 100% on that particular work. And when one gives 100% than the results will automatically be good. So, it is unnecessary to think about the results. Should focus on your work...such a simple answer and sadguru making it so complicated. That's what he normally does most of the time. Hare Krishna 🙏

Bhagavad gita says do ur actions or duties, without getting attached to results ,be it success or failure. That way u ll neither be egoistic nor will u be let down .
Example, a batsman needs 18 runs from an over. If he starts thinking of results from ball 1, he will wildly swing his bat & probably get out. Rather he must think of his game-plan ball by ball without bothering about the results. That way he gives his best

Very good clarification. Now I understand what Devotion is. As the gentleman explains very well: Detachment from the fruits of our work consists of letting go of the worry and tension of reaching the goal and, on the contrary, enjoying their process in the present. Just as it is in devotion: Devotion can only be practiced with a contented heart immersed in the now, otherwise it is not devotion.

Read somewhere, "how you anything, is how you do everything". Enjoy the process. Enjoy the journey. Regards from Malaysia. 😊

Focus on the journey, destination will be reached in due course. Focus on that one ball being bowled to you. If you did that well would hit the century in due course. But if you keep thinking of the destination, you will miss the pleasure of the journey. If you keep thinking of the century, your rhythm will be disturbed and you get out.
Of course you selected your destination before starting. And you decided to get a century before entering the ground and prepared yourself for it. But in execution, just be in that present moment and not on the future consequences.

I am obsessed with a problem so I just open a video of Sadhguru randomly, type it and hope to find answers. I also welcome everyone to share your idea about this topic.
I found most pain in my life was brought by my parents, who have the closest relationship with me. When I feel depressed, they said, you are not strong enough. They said, why no one but you live depressedly. They said, it is all your fault. They said, you should pay more attention on your study but not your emotion. They said, a good student will not be influenced by depression because they focus on nothing but study. They said, you should work harder so you will not feel sad. I knew what they said is correct. I knew they love me. I knew the reason why I felt depressed is myself. But I just couldn’t feel ok.I still felt I was deeply hurt by the person I love most. Honestly in the bottom of my heart I haven’t forgive them. When I think about this I feel so sad.I do not know how to fix it.

Only person who can make you happy or sad is you, the final control is in your hand. Situations might be bad but you can be happy if you really want to be.

Strictly, sit with yourself and draw the boundaries in your mind whatever the relationship you may come across family structure or any relationship
When your boundaries are no more respected and destroyed by others then you get depressed and let them assimilate yours boundaries to none. This happen when you don't take stand and walk for yourself.
Easy said than done right 😅
You have to find polite acceptable socially communicable way to tell people that you are not ok with it
Tell them 2 or 3 times ( if in family)
If they are ignorant or don't listen or ignore you then try to distance yourself from them mentally.

    • @himanshisharma487
      @himanshisharma487 Год назад

1.Don't ignore the problem confront the issue if then don't listen then distance yourself mentally work hard on yourself strictly don't tell anyone
Make small goals and try to achieve it
2.Make friends, try to stay at home less or library, discuss topics study with people or classmates so that you won't loose confidence
      3. Empower yourself with theoretical vicious experience of knowledge and wisdom and perspectives
      4. Work towards creating opportunities for yourself that will take you to adventures, freedome and exposure you crave

You are all colors. Not of this realm. When you leave this body and become a color. Your heart will show your family color swirling threw the thousands of years of relatives. You feel only love and like a closed eyes in the sun warm happy feeling. Death is beautiful if you don't hurt the ones you love when it finds you. Peace my friends. See you all on the other side

I was reading a part of the Gita, and was unable to infer when Krishna says dedicate the results of all your actions to me, I had many questions as to how not to be obsessed over the results, what happens after doing all the work and then the result doesn't favour me, here you have given me utmost clarity, now i understand that pondering over the results gets us no where, if we keep obsessed over the results we will be inactive, so we must just be focused on doing what's necessary.
    Thank you Sadguru 🙏
