YES!! This is exactly how I eat. I don’t judge food, I eat whatever I want when I’m hungry and listen to my body. Sometimes I eat cake and pancakes and chips all day, sometimes I eat avo toast and yogurt. Just living life. However, I don’t say to myself, I should stop eating, because I’m full, that feels restrictive. I just don’t judge food and portion size and I litterally stop eating at some point because I don’t want any more food in that moment
I never thought i would see a sponsored video but i KNOW this is it a non toxic one?! Could you explain how you use a carrier oil for EO. I know it’s a great quality coconut oil you’re using when cooking and it’s ok in a good ratio throughout consuming it but what about going in the bloodstream when the EO is absorbed? Is it bad or just needs to be used sparingly? I know this might be a very dumb question but I have been curious for a while since i know you use LOTS of carrier oil !!! I saw on your Instagram last night you cooked gnoochi! How did you cook it boil it in water?? Thanks
I don't really know how to say no to food even if I'm not hungry I won't stop thinking about it and just worry and finally eat it anyway. I do have an anorexia background but... I been trying to intuitively eat for a while now and I just feel like I'm always eating too much because I just can't help myself. And also get hungry too much.
I agree with all our points! I think where I struggle is sometimes I am hungry and my family isn’t or they are hungry and I am not. I cook a meal that is pleasing to everyone but maybe I’m not exactly feeling it. I hate being like ok guys here is your meal then trying to find something else for my self. Or in the book they mention if your not enjoying what your eating then stop, I agree but then I stop and I’m like ok what do I eat now? I just made this entire meal it wasn’t great, nothing else sounds good so I end up eating the meal and I’m left unsatisfied. The points I just mentioned are typically rare but they do happen. I am a huge advocate for intuitive eating and I believe in the concepts but even I struggle! I just aim to do the best I can! 💜
jennifer izett i have all these same problems! Also I hate wasting food, so if I don’t want something or don’t like it or get full, I hate feeling like I’m wasting all of this, or have wasted money if I’m eating out and don’t love something 😏
I am not Becca, but intuitive eating means you listen to your body. You don’t count calories, you just eat what feels good for your body. You should definitely check out the podcast food psych

Could you please do a video on sticking with intuitive eating as a diabetic? It's hard when you want cake but can't have it.

Definitely helpful!!! Thanks :)
Did you count calories before intuitive eating? I hear you have to have the skill to count calories before you can truly eat intuitively.
