I have been watching a lot of miniature painting for several years now and this is the first time your channel was suggested... this feels a little like finding a wad of cash in an old jacket you haven't worn in forever.
Fantastic work with some really great commentary. The biggest difficulty I'm having with NMM is understanding how light reflects off reflective surfaces so I know where to place the highlights and shadows vs a matt surface
Do some googling of metallic objects. I follow a really great Instagram page called armurefemme which has a lot of photos of women in armour with interesting lighting. Cool for inspiration!
Hello Trent! I really like how you use contrast paints in your work. I use airbrush blending sometimes, but contrast seems to be perfect for that situation compared to regular deluted paints. Do you have some must have contrast colors to start out with? (I don't want to purchase the whole range right away)

My favourite ones are Volupus Pink, Snakebite Leather, Akhelian Green and Nazdreg Yellow!

I can’t find “Golden ochre” by Vallejo. Is it called something else?
