- It's time for another section hike on the beautiful Ica Age Trail in Wisconsin! I spend three nights on trail, backpacking eight different segments - Turtle Rock, Averill-Kelly Creek Wilderness, New Wood, Camp 27, Timberland Wilderness, Wood Lake, Rib Lake, and East Lake. This episode covers day 3, and has me traveling from Wood Lake County Park campground to a DCA (dispersed camping area) in the Rib Lake segment.
Another beautiful day with some lovely ponds. Happy trails.🤘🏻🥾⛰️
Another great video
Very beautiful! I love all of the pretty ponds.
Beautiful opening scene.
Thank you, beautiful day.
Thank you Flower 🌼 Hope you're doing well my friend 🙂 God Bless 🙏🏻 Appreciate you always, stay safe and take care 🫶🏻 Beautiful video as always 👍🏻
I found where it starts on the map in eastern Minnesota at Interstate State Park. It's about 2 1/2 hours east of us. We need to get over there and check it out! I love the northern trails much more than the south. We also love the North Shore and SHT. Anywho, sorry to ramble, thanks again for sharing!😊
Wonderful video! Where is this trail? I love hiking and my wife and I do lots of fun short hikes, 1-3 miles. Would like to do longer ones someday. I also jump on trails all over the country while I'm trucking when I have time; PCT CDT AT etc. We are in west central Minnesota. Again beautiful scenery and videography. Nice hike! Thanks for sharing.🙂
Did you have to worry about poison ivy in those bushy spots along the trail?
